★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível agendar. Disseram que só agendam pelo site. Eu entro todos os dias no site, tento agendar em todos os postos, mas nenhum tem data nunca. Já faz uma semana que tento.
 Unable to schedule. They said they only book through the website. I go to the site every day, I try to schedule at all the stations, but none of them have a date ever. I've been trying for a week now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou precisando emitir o passaporte para uma viagem que está bem próxima e para mim o melhor local para fazer o processo é no PEP Shopping Eldorado porém quando procuro a agenda no site de agendamentos, não encontro nenhuma data disponível para esse local, estranhei principalmente pelo fato de hoje 23/03 as 16:16 não ter nenhuma data liberada nem para os próximos anos.
I need to issue a passport for a trip that is very close and for me the best place to do the process is at PEP Shopping Eldorado, but when I look for the agenda on the appointment website, I don't find any available date for this place, I was surprised mainly by the fact from today 23/03 to 16:16 there is no date released even for the next few years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As meninas do guichê foram super educadas, já do lado de fora tinha uma moça dando as senhas e verificando os nomes da listas de agendamento, essa moça era super mal educada e grossa! Não foi só a mim mas algumas pessoas que também estava lá aguardando.
