★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atendentes super despreparados. Entrei com uma sacola para troca é um já olhou para o outro e veio atender com na vontade pq sabia que era troca. Ganhei uma bolsa de presente de aniversário e tenho uma igual, inclusive comprada na mesma loja. Eu estava viajando e quando recebi o produto já estava em cima do prazo de troca, mesmo assim fui até a loja e além de negarem a troca fizeram o maior descaso. Não tinha nenhum responsável pelo estabelecimento presente na loja, me disseram que eu deveria voltar quando a “gerente” Verônica, estivesse na loja, perguntei quais os dias ela estaria e responderam que não sabiam. Sou cliente da marca, mas não compro mais no Franquiado do Shopping Dom Pedro. Ridículo o que fizeram, estou indignada com a falta de preparo e respeito.
 Terrible service, super unprepared attendants. I came in with a bag for exchange, and one already looked at the other and came to meet him willingly because I knew it was an exchange. I got a bag for my birthday and I have a similar one, even bought at the same store. I was traveling and when I received the product I was already over the exchange deadline, even so I went to the store and in addition to denying the exchange, they made the biggest disregard. There was no responsible for the establishment present in the store, they told me that I should come back when the “manager” Veronica was in the store, I asked what days she would be and they replied that they didn't know. I am a customer of the brand, but I no longer buy at Shopping Dom Pedro Franchisees. Ridiculous what they did, I'm outraged at their lack of preparation and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento superficial... O fato de só aceitarem trocas na mesma loja limita muito as vendas. A Franquia precisa melhorar e uniformizar muitas coisa no atendimento, além de pensar só nos produtos.
Superficial service... The fact that they only accept exchanges at the same store greatly limits sales. The Franchise needs to improve and standardize many things in service, in addition to thinking only about the products.
