Eles venderam 3 imóveis meus, sendo que o primeiro foi no dia 4 de julho de 2021 e hoje, 19/10/2021, um total de 3 meses e meio depois dessa assinatura, me passaram que meu processo caiu em exigência e isso pode levar mais de um mês pra resolução. Ou seja, pode chegar a 5 meses pra concluir a venda! Um absurdo! O processo foi muito mal coordenado no início e a equipe envolvida somente repassa informações, sem nunca conseguir fazer nada diferenciado pra resolução. Os valores de comissão pagos são superiores a 100 mil reais o serviço é totalmente deficitário. Não conhecem o processo e não sabem lhe auxiliar no entendimento. E a comissão naturalmente e paga para o serviço completo e não somente pra acharem um comprador. É só acaba quando os valores são recebidos. Muito ruim a minha experiência.
I'm living a difficult time with Privilege Imóveis. They sold 3 of my properties, the first of which was on July 4th, 2021 and today, 10/19/2021, a total of 3 and a half months after this signing, they told me that my process fell into demand and this could take more than a month for resolution. In other words, it can take up to 5 months to complete the sale! Nonsense! The process was very poorly coordinated at the beginning and the team involved only passes on information, without ever being able to do anything different for resolution. The amounts of commission paid are greater than 100 thousand reais and the service is totally in deficit. They don't know the process and don't know how to help you understand. And the commission is of course paid for the full service and not just for finding a buyer. It only ends when the amounts are received. Too bad my experience.
