★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aguardando atendimento no Procon. Fui muito bem atendido no balcão de senha. Estou resolvendo assunto relacionado a Vivo TV, ( Antiga TVA), que o serviço foi descontinuado devido ao encerramento da tecnologia. Isso não poderia ter ocorrido, eles não podem interromper o sistema alegando que a tecnologia encerrou. Querem que eu faça outro plano de outro preço.
 I'm waiting for service at Procon. I was very well attended at the password counter. I am solving a matter related to Vivo TV, (Antiga TVA), that the service was discontinued due to the closing of the technology. This could not have happened, they can not interrupt the system claiming that the technology has ended. They want me to make another plan for another price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O acesso ao site não funciona, pedido de recuperar a senha não envia SMS nem e-mail. Péssimo serviço. Não dá nem pra reclamar no Procon sobre o próprio Procon!
Access to the site does not work, request to recover password does not send SMS or email. Terrible service. You can't even complain in Procon about Procon itself!
