Profissionais super mal treinados . Me senti humilhada . Nunca mais volto nesse lugar .. pessoas de muita ignorância . Triste demais estar doente com dor e ainda ter que aguentar essa humilhação!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, cheguei as 17h da tarde e só consegui passar no consultório 23h da noite, um absurdo, não dão importância para pessoas que estão com suspeita de covid-19 junto com outras pessoas que só querem ser atendidas, seja lá por dores, mal estar,etc...
Idosos tendo que esperar horas também!! Um absurdo, o atendimento é horrível, a espera para ser atendido é um absurdo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar. Deveriam se envergonhar porque além de não dá informação nenhuma sobre o paciente que fica internado , não tem nem a coragem de ligar pra avisar que vai ser transferido pra outra unidade médica.

Esperava que ao ser questionado sobre os seus sintomas relacionados ao Covid que fosse prontamente atendido , que nao ficasse aguardando tanto tempo junto a outras pessoas na sala de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compareci a esse estabelecimento por volta das 16:00 e sai somente 20:00 praq eu passasse no médico e ele sem olhar pra nada disse, que era só tomar um remédio pra alergia sem mesmo perguntar oq eu tinha, perguntei a ele se poderia me dar um atestado ele riu e disse que n iria dar. Atendimento horrivel e funcionários mal educados parabéns.
I went to this establishment around 4:00 pm and left only at 8:00 pm so I could go to the doctor and he, without looking at anything, said, that it was just to take an allergy medicine without even asking what I had, I asked him if he could give a certificate he laughed and said he wouldn't. Horrible service and rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido desde a entrada até a medicação , infelizmente a super lotação mas isso é normal no SUS. Quanto a parte da medicação só tinha uma enfermeira , deveria ter mais profissionais para agilizar.
Fui bem tratado ??
I was well attended from entry to medication, unfortunately the overcrowding but this is normal in SUS. As for the medication part, there was only one nurse, there should be more professionals to speed it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com muitas suspeitas de covid, sem sentir o gosto de nenhuma comida há algumas horas. Estava quase desmaiando de tanto cansaço. meu corpo doendo por completo. Cheguei às 7 horas e não fui atendida até as 11. Ninguém se importou pelo fato de eu estar contaminada pelo jeito. A "médica" que ia me atender por 3x não deixou nenhum paciente entrar, da sala 4 com uma listra verde do lado da porta. Essa sala 4 fica do lado de uma porta de vidro fechada no térreo. Fechou a porta 3x e nas 2 primeiras vezes ficou 15 minutos sem atender ninguém, e a 3 vez ficou 40 minutos sem atender ninguém. Hoje em dia dão diploma para qualquer idiota. Sai sem fazer o teste, pelo jeito não é importante para esse hospital conter o covid. Fiquei 3 horas do lado de uma familia com crianças que mal usam mascara, incluindo seus pais. Pelo menos eu tentei.
