Fui até o local não tinha ninguém aguardando ser atendido, e a pessoa da recepção falou que não tinha ninguém pra me atender no momento que eu estavam ocupados e eu falei que aguardava, mais depois de um tempo ela me fala que realmente estava todos ocupados e que tinha uma pessoa agendada que já estava pra chegar e que não poderia me atender.
Estava ocupados mesmo ou não queria me atender?
Porque tinha ela da recepção que pelo jeito também atende e logo depois apareceu outro funcionário e ficou encostado no palcão.
Marcaram horário mais era pra eu comparecer só se vocês me ligassem, fiquei aguardando e até agora não recebi nenhuma ligação.
I was poorly attended, before going to the place I called asking if I needed to schedule and I didn't, it was on a first-come, first-served basis. I went to the place, there was no one waiting to be attended to, and the person at the reception said that there was no one to attend to me at the time I was busy and I said that I was waiting, but after a while she tells me that everyone was really busy and that there was a person scheduled who was about to arrive and could not attend to me.
Were you really busy or didn't you want to answer me?
Because there was her from the reception who apparently also attends and soon after another employee appeared and was leaning against the stage.
They made an appointment but I was supposed to attend only if you called me, I was waiting and so far I haven't received any call.
