A loja só vende produtos chineses, nada contra, mas ao perguntar a origem dos produtos a resposta foi ríspida e mal educada: “ o mundo é da China, até iPhone é da China. 0 empatia, 0 cordialidade, 0 tudo para o Senhor Rafael e sua filial da China.

Em menos de 2 anos todos os produtos que compramos estão descascando
Lousy service, evasive responses when questioned and what's more, make no mistake about the appearance of the products and it's eye-popping but the quality is terrible, especially the bathed products.
In less than 2 years all products we buy are peeling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito lindo , mas... DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE. Além de MUITO CARO .... comprei uma ducha a cerca de 1 ano e meio , a seis atrás ela começou a desmanchar . Tive que trocar peças por conta própria pois não havia mais reposição na EuroBanho . Não recomendo .
Everything is very beautiful, but ... POOR QUALITY. In addition to VERY EXPENSIVE ... I bought a shower about 1 and a half years ago, six years ago it started to fall apart. I had to change parts on my own because there was no replacement at EuroBanho. I do not recommend .

Deveríamos comprar 2 novos e já se passaram 3 meses e não recebemos nada ainda. eles prometem muito, mas não cumprem as promessas. Agora temos um advogado para resolver isso. Eu nunca compraria nada aqui novamente.
we have very bad experience with the eurobath. We bought 2 showers. These were sent. On arrival there were 2 different ones and they had been clearly restored. We were supposed to buy 2 new ones and it's been 3 months and we haven't received anything yet. they promise a lot but don't keep their promises. We now have a lawyer to resolve this. I would never buy anything here again.
