A atendente me disse que uma pessoa faria contato para informar quando ficaria pronto - não fizeram contato. Liguei novamente e me foi dito que quando a jaqueta estivesse lavada e seca me avisariam - novamente não faz zeram contato.
Além da demora, a falta de retorno me incomodou bastante.
Não volto mais.
I delivered the item (biker jacket) to be washed, after calling to inquire about the conditions. The attendant told me that a person would make contact to let me know when it would be ready - they did not make contact. I called again and was told that when the jacket was washed and dry they would let me know - again no contact.
In addition to the delay, the lack of return bothered me a lot.
I won't be back.
