 Higher prices than competitors, and even walking through the game shelves to look at the options, some attendants saw me but didn't approach me to see if I was looking for something in particular.

I bought it online and chose to pick it up at the store to save on shipping, I was super well attended, helpful staff, quick location of the product. On 12/23/21 I bought the Simba puppy for 117 on the website, in the physical store it was around 190.
