★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo o atendimento deste lugar. Preciso fazer um exame que é difícil do plano aceitar. Liguei para o laboratório e foi informado que aceitava o meu plano para o exame em questão. Me organizei, marquei o médico com no prazo para ter o resultado e quando cheguei informaram que não aceitava o meu plano para o exame. Tenho doença crônica, médico marcado há mais de 3 meses e eu precisava desse exame e por falta de consideração e informação do atendente eu não vou conseguir fazer. NÃO INDICO
 An absurd service in this place. I need to take an exam that is difficult for the plan to accept. I called the lab and was told they accepted my plan for the exam in question. I organized myself, I scheduled the doctor within the deadline to have the result and when I arrived they informed that they did not accept my plan for the exam. I have a chronic disease, a doctor scheduled for more than 3 months and I needed this exam and due to lack of consideration and information from the attendant, I will not be able to do it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei um exame particular e avisei a recepcionista que precisava do resultado no mesmo dia para poder fazer um fiv no dia seguinte, a recepcionista me garantiu que sairia, confiei neles e nada de resultado, tentei contato por telefone com o laboratório e o mesmo só coloca uma musiquinha para o cliente escutar mais de 20 minutos de espera e ninguém atendeu, enfim muito decepcionada com o laboratório, primeira e última vez que faço exame no local, não indico a ninguém. Falta de comprometimento e respeito com o paciente
I paid for a private exam and told the receptionist that I needed the result on the same day so I could do an IVF the next day, the receptionist assured me that I would leave, I trusted them and no result, I tried to contact the laboratory by phone and it only puts a little music for the client to listen to more than 20 minutes of waiting and no one answered, finally very disappointed with the laboratory, first and last time I do an exam at the place, I do not recommend it to anyone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero contribuir para que essa nota do laboratório melhore e tenham 5 estrelas. Quase não utilizei o laboratório devido a tantas reclamações. Porém, é onde meu plano é aceito. Marcamos um exame para o dia 18/09/21, fomos atendidas no horário, correu tudo bem na recepção, a funcionária que colheu o sangue da minha filha foi muito gentil, simpática, profissional, educada. É um exame enjoado de se fazer, pq são várias pulsões para colher, é um exame oral de tolerância a lactose. Não tenho nada do que reclamar. Obrigada Raiane. Não sei a forma de escrita do seu nome, já que são várias. Continue assim!!
I want to contribute so that this lab grade improves and has 5 stars. I almost didn't use the lab due to so many complaints. However, this is where my plan is accepted. We scheduled an exam for 9/18/21, we were attended to on time, everything went well at the reception, the employee who collected my daughter's blood was very kind, friendly, professional, polite. It's a sickening test to do, because there are several impulses to take, it's an oral test for lactose tolerance. I have nothing to complain about. Thank you Raiane. I don't know how to spell your name, as there are several. Keep it up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Fiquei na fila 2h para fazer um teste PCR de covid. Depois me informaram que o resultado saia em 2 dias corridos e o resultado não saiu no prazo. Falta de profissionalismo!
Terrible service! I was in line for 2h to do a covid PCR test. Then they informed me that the result came out in 2 consecutive days and the result was not released within the deadline. Lack of professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resido em Icaraí e sempre faço exames no Richet que sempre teve atendimento respeitoso, eficiente, organizado, higiênico, local com infraestrutura e localização ótima com estacionamentos próximos. Nessa época de Covid19 e suas cepas é entendível maior número de pessoas e tbm muito mais seguro, esperarmos do lado de fora para não aglomerarmos.
I live in Icaraí and I always take exams at Richet, which has always had respectful, efficient, organized, hygienic service, a place with infrastructure and an excellent location with nearby parking lots. At this time of Covid19 and its strains, more people are understandable and also much safer, we wait outside so we don't get together.

Fomos levar minha filha de 5 anos para fazer exames eu e minha esposa, chegando lá fui informado que não poderia entrar na clínica porque a ordem era apenas um acompanhante, além de não ter estacionamento tive que ficar do lado de fora pegando chuva até o término do exame.
Achei uma total falta de respeito com o cliente.
Não indico está unidade para ninguém, péssimo, péssimo !!!

Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e pela central de atendimento várias vezes mandei a cópia dos pedidos de exame do meu filho e cópia da carteirinha do plano e me informaram várias vezes que não precisava de agendamento. Saí bem cedo de Maricá para unidade de Icaraí com uma criança de 4 anos em jejum e chegando lá a atendente falou que não fazem o exame sem agendamento,simples assim, eu falei que era impossível pois as informações pelo whatsapp e pela central estavam com todas as cópias dos pedidos e não falaram NADA!! Não resolveram nada , queriam furar meu filho 2 vezes ( eu me programei, gastei dinheiro de passagem,tempo e o menino com fome)e ainda quis dar para meu filho um lanche que fica lá como se resolvesse alguma coisa!! Fiquei indignada ?
Terrible attendance!! I contacted WhatsApp and the call center several times, I sent a copy of my son's exam requests and a copy of the plan card and they informed me several times that I didn't need an appointment. I left Maricá very early for the Icaraí unit with a 4-year-old child fasting and when I got there, the attendant said that they do not take the exam without an appointment, simple as that, I said that it was impossible because the information by whatsapp and the center were with all the copies of the orders and they said NOTHING!! They didn't solve anything, they wanted to pierce my son 2 times (I programmed myself, I spent money on the ticket, time and the hungry boy) and I still wanted to give my son a snack that stays there as if it solved something!! I was outraged ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PRO: Resultados saem bem rápidos. Enfermeiras muito educadas e gentis.
CONTRA:
1)agendamento: não há razões para agendar e ao se chegar ao local aguardar uma fila de ordem de chegada;
2) Extrema burocracia nos procedimentos iniciais. Se você retorna em menos de 1 mês para exames necessita fazer toda a validação de dados iniciais novamente. Absolutamente tudo. Alegam atualização cadastral. Mas, se me mudar hoje, não ligarei para o Richet para atualizar o cadastro;
3) OUVIDORIA: pedem que responsa a pesquisa de satisfação. Você gasta seu tempo e energia acreditando que irá aprimorar um serviço e será melhor para você. Ocorre que, ao invés de verificarem e aprimorarem o serviço, te respondem com desculpas evasivas e você sente que perdeu seu precioso tempo dando conselhos para uma árvore.
PRO: Results come out pretty fast. Very polite and kind nurses.
AGAINST:
1) scheduling: there is no reason to schedule and when you arrive at the place, wait for a first-come, first-served line;
2) Extreme bureaucracy in the initial procedures. If you return in less than 1 month for exams, you will need to do all the initial data validation again. Absolutely everything. They claim cadastral update. But if I move today, I won't call Richet to update the record;
3) OMBUDSMAN: they are asked to answer the satisfaction survey. You spend your time and energy believing that it will improve a service and it will be better for you. It happens that, instead of checking and improving the service, they answer you with evasive excuses and you feel like you wasted your precious time giving advice to a tree.
