★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei comprar um carro urgente e não estava encontrando, quando liguei para esta empresa Rio do A West, fui muito bem atendida pelo gerente e ele ouvindo o que eu estava procurando me ofereceu um carro que foi o máximo, parece zero e muito lindo de 2013/2014 ainda tem cheiro de novo, e na mesma hora pedi que trouxesse até minha residência e comprei em menos de 3 horas, com toda documentação ok e realmente foi além das minhas expectativas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da compra sao super atenciosos, mas qnd deu problema MESMO NA GARANTIA, foi uma dor d cabeça, não deram documento alegando o conserto e exigiram que o conserto ficasse por nossa conta. Na hora de solucionar o problema ainda ficam c raiva e se exaltam c o cliente querendo segurar o carro lá mesmo estando pronto e eu dizendo q precisava do carro para trabalhar, e dps de "consertado" em menos de uma semana voltou a dar o mesmo problema, não confiei em levar e deixar o carro lá de novo pois provavelmente seria mais dor de cabeça, então levei no meu mecânico d confiança e o msm viu q a peça trocada foi paralela e estava dando o mesmo problema, ou seja não resolveram nada, apenas foi engatilhado e queriam cobrar um serviço mal feito. Não confio e não recomendo!!!! DECEPCIONADA.
PS: precisam estudar um pouco do código do consumidor pois só conhecem oq lhe convém!!!!

When it comes to solving the problem, they are still angry and are exalted with the customer wanting to hold the car there even though it is ready and I say I needed the car to work, and dps of "fixed" in less than a week returned to give the same problem , I didn't trust taking it and leaving the car there again because it would probably be more of a headache, so I took it to my mechanic d and the msm saw that the part exchanged was parallel and was giving the same problem, that is, they didn't solve anything, just was triggered and wanted to charge a poorly done service. I do not trust and do not recommend !!!! DISAPPOINTED.
PS: they need to study a little of the consumer code because they only know what suits you !!!!
