★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet e muito boa, quase nunca dá problemas. Mais se der... aí já era, o atendimento e terrível, passei mais de uma hora e meia praticamente falando só, simplesmente ignoram o cliente e respondem quando querem.
The internet is very good, almost never gives problems. But if you can... that's it, the service is terrible, I spent more than an hour and a half practically talking alone, they simply ignore the customer and answer when they want.

Very competent and efficient company I've been with her for 3 years and she's never let me down, congratulations! Another thing is the people complaining about Rios that they can't get service THEY ARE NEW NUMBER they don't pay attention and complain about the company these people saw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dei 2 estrelas. Motivo quando perguntei no ato da estalacao se era fibra ótica mim afirmaro que já era fibra ótica e faz a maior propaganda.
Depois de um ano a Internet começou a fica a desejar sem contar que não pode da um chuvisco que a mesma cai. E demorar a voltar aí vc entra no whatsapp da empresa e vc mofa pois a assistência só te responde no noutro dia.
Isso quando é apartir das 18 horas. Durante o dia até que tem uma atendente que é super educada e faz um atendimento legal.
I only gave 2 stars. Reason when I asked in the act of the estalacao if it was fiber optic I will say that it was already fiber optic and it makes the biggest propaganda.
After a year, the Internet started to be lacking, not to mention that it can't give a drizzle that it falls. And it takes time to come back, then you enter the company's whatsapp and you mock because the assistance only answers you the next day.
That's when it's from 18 pm. During the day there is even an attendant who is super polite and makes a nice service.
