★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o que tenho a relatar é um erro no resultado dos exames, o que deveria ter sido colocado como 0,10 se tornou 10 ou seja tirou minha filha de um grau 0 de alergia para uma alergia grau alto, ficamos onze meses tratando como alergia a proteína do leite, restrição total com risco até de um choque anafilático, erro esse que só foi constatado com uma nova leva de exames realizada em outro local, onde ficou constatado que o resultado era outro. Indo até o laboratório pedir informações /esclarecimentos o que me foi passado é que foi um erro e que a médica deveria ter percebido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o atendimento, passei no sábado, recepcionista simpática e a médica q me fez o exame de prevenção, muito atenciosamente, explica o progresso todo q está fazendo... Parabéns, pena q não sei o nome Dela, mas a Dra sim gosta do q faz....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no lugar é bom, porém eles falam que o exame pode ser pedido pelo email mas eles não respondem para a entrega do exame ai como a gente faz fica esperando que nem besta.
The service at the place is good, but they say that the exam can be ordered by email but they do not respond to the delivery of the exam there as we do is waiting like a beast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho experiência pra contar porque simplesmente não fui atendida. Um descaso enorme, uma falta de atenção, não consegui nem marcar a consulta por ter tido um péssimo atendimento de alguém que não passa o formações corretas ao paciente.
Liguei por várias vezes no mês de dezembro e começo de janeiro para marcar meus exames e em todas as vezes que liguei fui informada que a agenda da médica só abriria em 20/01. Era pra eu ligar nesta data porque a agenda seria liberado somente nesta data.
Parei de ligar porque estava muito insistente e aguardarei o dia 20 conforme fui informada várias vezes, inclusive me disseram que não era ora deixar assar desta data porque a agenda enche rápido. Pois bem, liguei hoje dia 20/01/2020 por volta das 09:45 hs da manhã e fui informada que não tem mais agenda desde a semana passada.
Quem errou, a recepcionista ou a médica?? Quem liberou a agenda antes ou quem passou o formação errada. Péssima administração, melhor capacitar os funcionários direito.. Por mim não teria nenhuma estrela, só coloquei porque se não, eu não conseguiria registrar minha indignação.
I have no experience to tell because I was simply not attended. A huge neglect, a lack of attention, I was not even able to make an appointment for having had a terrible service from someone who does not pass the correct training to the patient.
I called several times in December and early January to schedule my exams and every time I called I was told that the doctor's schedule would only open on 1/20. I was supposed to call on this date because the schedule would only be released on this date.
I stopped calling because I was very insistent and I will wait for the 20th as I was informed several times, they even told me it was not time to bake this date because the schedule fills up fast. Well, I called today 01/20/2020 around 09:45 am and I was informed that there is no more agenda since last week.
Who was wrong, the receptionist or the doctor ?? Who released the agenda earlier or who passed the wrong formation. Bad administration, better to train the right employees. For me there would be no stars, I just put it because if not, I would not be able to register my indignation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei exames de sangue e ginecológico e fui muito bem atendida! Os exames foram realizados antes do horário agendado e achei os profissionais muito educados e atenciosos.
I performed blood and gynecological tests and was very well attended! The exams were performed before the scheduled time and I found the professionals very polite and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da médica que realizou meu exame. Só não dei 5 estrelas por causa da estrutura do lugar. Por causa da pandemia, restringiram alguns assentos, mas mesmo assim, não há lugar suficiente para todos sentarem.
I really liked the doctor who performed my exam. I just didn't give it 5 stars because of the structure of the place. Because of the pandemic, they have restricted some seating, but even so, there is not enough space for everyone to sit.
