★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos em dezembro com a vendedora Gisela 4 pias para os banheiros, pagamos a vista, com a promessa de entrega na primeira semana de Janeiro o que já não aconteceu...Tivemos que cobrar a entrega e a colocação o que aconteceu apenas na segunda semana. Mas o que já era de se esperar com problemas...Primeiro não nos informaram que na compra teríamos que comprar reajuste, cola e argamassa. Logo na sequência da instalação percebemos que uma das pedras estava riscada Veja isso foi enviado a empresa ( foto ) no mesmo dia pelo instalador Bruno ( segunda semana de janeiro ), informamos também a suposta vendedora Gisela do problema.. A mesma nos informou que estaria verificando. No contratempo compramos um acabamento para lareira mas para tirar as medidas e fechar teríamos que pagar a vista...maravilha ....fizemos o pagamento conforme solicitado..hoje dia 16/02 estão instalando o acabamento da lareira...Quanto ao banheiro só hoje nos informaram que a pedra não pode ser polida!!!! Isso é o que chamamos de respeito ao cliente!!!!! Só agora essa vendedora descobriu!!!! Fico me perguntado qual o comprometimento dessa empresa? A claro hoje dia 16/02 foi sugerido que irão trocar a pia, mas lembrando que já está com Cuba e torneira instalada....Caso quebre quem vai pagar? Quanto tempo mais de espera!!!!!!
Nesse país muitas das empresas não estão prontas para trabalhar com pagamento antecipado....Pois, recebem o dinheiro e passam a negociar com o cliente o problema deixado por eles mesmo, só que não se preocupando com tempo, cliente, obra, mudança etc... .LAMENTÁVEL....
PARA ESSA EMPRESA O QUE PODEMOS RECOMENDAR É NÃO PAGUE ANTES DE RECEBER, MESMO QUE O DESCONTO SEJA BOM....NÃO VALE A PENA O TRANSTORNO!!!!
We bought in December with the seller Gisela 4 sinks for the bathrooms, we paid in cash, with the promise of delivery in the first week of January, which has not happened... We had to charge for delivery and placement, which only happened in the second week. . But what was to be expected with problems... First they didn't inform us that in the purchase we would have to buy readjustment, glue and mortar. Right after the installation we noticed that one of the stones was scratched See this was sent to the company (photo) on the same day by the installer Bruno (second week of January), we also informed the supposed seller Gisela of the problem. Checking. In the mishap we bought a finishing for the fireplace but to take the measurements and close we would have to pay the view...wonderful ....we made the payment as requested..today 16/02 they are installing the finishing of the fireplace... bathroom only today informed us that the stone cannot be polished!!!! This is what we call customer respect!!!!! This seller just found out!!!! I wonder what is the commitment of this company? Today, 02/16, it was suggested that they will change the sink, but remembering that the sink and faucet are already installed....If it breaks, who will pay? How much longer waiting!!!!!!
In this country, many of the companies are not ready to work with advance payment.... Because, they receive the money and start to negotiate with the customer the problem left by themselves, only not worrying about time, customer, work, change etc. ... .UNFORTUNATE....
WHAT WE CAN RECOMMEND FOR THIS COMPANY IS DO NOT PAY BEFORE RECEIVING, EVEN IF THE DISCOUNT IS GOOD....IT IS NOT WORTH THE DISORDER!!!!
