São profissionais que enganam, e quando vc esta no imóvel eles nao resolvem nada e coloca a culpa no proprietario! Como uma imobiliária loca algo e não sabe q ele tem ou deixa de ter.
DICA NÃO FAÇA NEGÓCIO COM PESSOAS Q ENGANAM E DEPOIS SE FAZEM DE QUE NÃO SABEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária enrolada , contrato foi corrigido por 3 vezes e quando o contrato não é renovado, demoram para devolver o caução NÃO CORRIGIDO conforme diz a lei . Exigem tanto e não realizam o próprio dever de casa.

Telefonista ou funcionária de outro setor (quem atendeu), de nome Aline nos permitiu ir ver um apto do qual gostamos e decidimos ficar pois nada mencionou suposta reserva SEM DOCUMENTOS..isso mesmo, a mesma reservou por dias o apto p outrém sem nada de documento e falou na maior abertura isso. poderia ter avisado e a imobiliária também acho que errou reservando imóvel SEM NADA de documento, se não passa fica aquela coisa...o cliente já era, com essa falta de educação..a funcionária bufava ao telefone respondendo com má vontade, desculpas jamais, vira e diz que avisou minha sócia...NUNCA AVISOU que estava c documentação em andamento (documentação que ela disse para sua superior queestava na frente, ela não me deixou entregar meus documentos que já tinha antes, virou e disse estou aguardando outros documentos, a dias pois não se pronunciou com minha sócia como havia dito), falou apenas ao telefone quando eu liguei e disse que tinha tudo de documento já, um dia antes dela receber o que agora está analisando. Boa sorte.
