★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro atendimento foi ótimo so que veio com outros defeito que nao existiam ,deu probema novamente e na segunda vez o atendimento péssimo, levaram a tv novamente e nao deram prazo nem um ou seja nao recomendo essa assistência so te atende bem no primeiro contato depois so ficam enrolando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha tv está a vários meses e sempre é uma desculpa diferente (pandemia, fornecedor entre outras desculpas) entro em contato e antes o que era uma atendente TATIANA atenciosa agora é mal educada quando questionei em relação que poderia colocar eles na defesa do consumidor ela me pediu para que eu venha procurar meus direitos, já até questionei que pela demora minha tv deve ter quebrado e eles estão omitindo para que eu venha cansar e deixar por isso mesmo. NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM
My TV has been going on for several months and it's always a different excuse (pandemic, supplier, among other excuses) I get in touch and before what was an attentive TATIANA attendant is now rude when I asked about what could put them in the defense of the consumer she told me asked me to come and look for my rights, I even questioned that my TV must have broken due to the delay and they are omitting it so I can get tired and leave it at that.
