★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte da venda correu muito bem. No entanto, o serviço complementar que foi pago no momento da compra não foi executado até hoje. Compra efetuada em 11/09. Hoje dia 28/09. Deveria ter sido efetuada no momento da entrega.
A comunicação com os telefones divulgados não funcionam. Resultado: péssimo serviço!
The sale part went very well. However, the supplementary service that was paid at the time of purchase has not been performed until today. Purchase made on 9/11. Today 09/28. It should have been made at the time of delivery.
Communication with the advertised phones does not work. Result: terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento de venda, péssimo atendimento pós venda. Tentei resolver amigavelmente, sem sucesso. Tive problemas com meu sofá, trocaram duas vezes com o mesmo problema, o que voltou a acontecer. Agora não querem resolver, fogem, não respondem e me bloquearam no Instagram. Não recomendo essa ou qualquer outra do mesmo grupo (SOHO Home Design, Vitalle,etc). Não acreditem na garantia que eles prometem nas vendas, o pós venda não considera as informações repassadas pelo vendedor e gerente !!!!
Great sales service, terrible after sales service. I tried to resolve it amicably, without success. I had problems with my couch, they swapped it twice with the same problem, which happened again. Now they don't want to solve it, they run away, they don't respond and blocked me on Instagram. I don't recommend this one or any other from the same group (SOHO Home Design, Vitalle, etc). Do not believe in the guarantee they promise in sales, the after-sales service does not consider the information passed on by the seller and manager !!!!
