 Store way, with super friendly service from everyone. The workshop has experienced staff and an incredible willingness to please customers. The products are of excellent quality and origin. Not to mention the possibility of always making new friends if you are stopped there.

The service is always very friendly and the guys are well qualified, I left my bike for rear wheel alignment and the service performed by Mr. Raimundão was impeccable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendliest folks ever. Speak French, English and of course Portuguese. We're very helpful to get me from unprepared for a ride, to excited after a great day on the jungle roads. Strongly recommended if you need a rental, or just want to talk about bikes and roads to take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is way too much for this shop. These people have no customer service skills whatsoever. I am surprised they are still open. Perhaps local people in Rio are used to this level of non-service and find it normal? I have noticed this in other shops too. The staff seemed to have no interest whatsoever in the client and his/her needs. To top it all, prices are shockingly high. They'll probably never see me again.
