Porém o preço cobrado foi abusivo, pedi várias vezes durante o banho dele que me passasem o valor e foi cobrado o banho e mais 4 vezes o valor para desembarasar o pelo do meu cachorro isso SEM antes Terem ME PERGUNTADO se eu concordava com o procedimento e se permitia fazer isso pelo valor X. Achei um absurdo e abusivo.
I took my puppy to take a bath. The service was good. But the price charged was abusive, I asked several times during his bath to give me the amount and I was charged for the bath and 4 more times the amount to untangle my dog's fur without having asked me beforehand if I agreed with the procedure and allowed to do this for the value X. I found it absurd and abusive.

O Tobias é acompanhado pela Dra. Ana Terra desde seu primeiro meses. Desde a castração até hoje, nos acompanhamentos periódicos, meu cachorro é sempre muito bem cuidado.
Recomendo facilmente. :)
The service of the entire team (reception, groomers, bathers and veterinarians) is excellent! They are polite, caring and very competent.
Tobias is accompanied by Dr. Ana Terra since her first months. From neutering until today, in periodic follow-ups, my dog is always very well taken care of.
I recommend it easily. :)

Preço justo pelo ótimo trabalho que realizam.
É uma clínica onde você pode levar seu animal de estimação sem preocupação, pois ele será muito bem tratado lá.
Recomendo, pois é uma clínica veterinária ímpar em Campinas e região.
