 Simple but well organized, clean gym with some very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists are great and Jefferson is a good teacher!

Tem um controle de entrada por reconhecimento facial, o que da uma segurança a mais para nós alunos. A área de musculação tem aparelhos novos e o ar é ótimo. Vestiário com bom tamanho, chuveiros quentes e armários para os alunos. No segundo andar tem a sala de coletivas e do aeróbico que comporta bem os alunos. Muito boa as aulas coletivas também. Excellent gym. Highly trained, attentive and participative professionals. It has an entrance control by facial recognition, which provides extra security for us students. The weight room has new equipment and the air is great. Good sized locker room, hot showers and lockers for students. On the second floor there is the group room and the aerobic room that behaves well for the students. Very good group classes too. Super Indic
