Faz 3 meses esperando a entrega dos móveis, vendedor garantiu a entrega antes da inauguração de nossa loja pois íamos usar nela , já se passaram 3 meses , não dão satisfação ao cliente, prometem entregar e a mercadoria nunca chega
Descaso total com o cliente
Aos responsáveis nunca prometa o que não pode cumprir !
Absurdo o que estão fazendo conosco.

Waiting for the delivery of the furniture for 3 months, the seller guaranteed delivery before the opening of our store because we were going to use it, 3 months have passed, they do not give satisfaction to the customer, they promise to deliver and the goods never arrive
Total neglect with the customer
Never promise those responsible what you cannot keep!
Absurd what they are doing to us.

Good quality furniture and fair prices (but I'm waiting for a "kick off" to buy two mirrored nightstands) Stop by and check it out, it's worth it.

Great prices and it's worth digging the underground... Esther is super attentive. Look for Sérgio, he is super flexible in negotiating payment, always good discounts and furniture with very good quality, it's worth it.

The store has a good variety of furniture options. My sister was looking for a table. Found and managed to negotiate a good value. The entire negotiation and service procedure was excellent. I recommend.

Fez um preço super convidativo a altura de outras lojas da região, e o que me fez compra e pagar à vista foi seu atendimento. O que deixou a deseja foi na semana da entrega, recebi da mesma uma ligação nos informando que infelizmente não poderia entregar as cadeiras por estarem muita riscadas, porém no dia o dono me garantiu que o valor da cadeira estava abaixo do que ele vende por serem de pronta entrega e que teria outras que deveriam aguardar uns 15 dias, porém me garantiu que não teria defeito... e para piorar ele mandou a vendedora nos devolver o dinheiro porque ele não iria me entregar as cadeiras sem riscos porque o valor seria outro. no meu modo de ver ele deveria ter arcado com a diferença e nos entregue as cadeiras/banquetas em perfeito estado...isso que estamos falando de uma diferença de 30 reais do valor que paguei... PÉSSIMO O TRATAMENTO QUE RECEBEMOS
My experience at first was excellent, the seller gave us all the support and attention. It had a super inviting price on par with other stores in the region, and what made me buy and pay in cash was its service. What left me wanting was in the week of delivery, I received a call from them informing us that unfortunately they could not deliver the chairs because they were very scratched, but on the day the owner assured me that the value of the chair was below what he sells because they are prompt delivery and that there would be others that would have to wait for about 15 days, but he assured me that there would be no defect... and to make matters worse, he ordered the saleswoman to return the money to us because he would not deliver the chairs to me without risk because the value would be different . in my opinion, he should have paid the difference and given us the chairs/stools in perfect condition... what we're talking about is a difference of 30 reais from the amount I paid... TERRIBLE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED
