★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM NESTA LOJA, em especial a marca que eles vendem como top de linha "KING KOIL". Comprei por 3 vezes, isso mesmo 3 vezes pois todos que comprei, inclusive o que eu tenho agora e com menos de 2 anos de uso, sempre o mesmo problema de deformação no colchão. E toda as vezes que comprei os vendedores me convenciam a trocar por um mais caro garantido que não daria problema. Ou seja todas as vezes que ia trocar pelo defeito, tinha que colocar mais dinheiro em cima do novo. Brincando gastei mais 6 mil reais nesta loja. Agora estou dormindo mal em um colchão com defeito e a loja se recusa a trocar. Tudo bem! Mas acho que como consumidor devo alertar
Você que está pensando em comprar seu colchão FUJA DESSA LOJA.
Posso não ter meu dinheiro de volta ou a troca do meu colchão. Mas faço questão de expôr meu transtorno.. em breve postarei fotos do excelente colchão
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE, especially the brand they sell as top of the line "KING KOIL". I bought it 3 times, that's right 3 times because everyone I've bought, including the one I have now and with less than 2 years of use, always the same mattress deformation problem. And every time I bought the sellers they convinced me to change it for a more expensive one, guaranteed that it wouldn't be a problem. In other words, every time I was going to change the defect, I had to put more money on top of the new one. Just kidding, I spent over 6 thousand reais in this store. I am now sleeping poorly on a faulty mattress and the store refuses to change it. All well! But I think as a consumer I should warn
If you are thinking of buying your mattress, RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
