★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus aparelho estava desligando sozinho após uma outra assistência técnica mexer nele, quando eu já estava quase desistindo do aparelho achei essa assistência e resolvi levar o aparelho lá, o Adonias me atendeu muito bem, deixei o aparelho lá e após três dias estava pronto e concertado, o motivo do problema era sujeira e peças soltas que a outra assistência tecnica tinha deixado, a Sysapple foi tão honesta que não condenou meu aparelho e cobrou somente os ajustes feito, achei incrível, sou professor e até indiquei esse lugar para os meus alunos devido a honestidade e capacidade de resolver o problema, meu aparelho está funcionando muito bem ja faz quase um mês!
Obrigado a Deus em primeiro lugar por rer colocado essa assistência em meu caminho e obrigado a Sysaple, obrigado Adonias!
My device was turning off by itself after another technical assistance tinkering with it, when I was about to give up on the device, I found this assistance and decided to take the device there, Adonias attended me very well, I left the device there and after three days it was ready and fixed , the reason for the problem was dirt and loose parts that the other technical assistance had left, Sysapple was so honest that it did not condemn my device and only charged for the adjustments made, I thought it was amazing, I am a teacher and even indicated this place to my students due the honesty and ability to solve the problem, my device has been working very well for almost a month!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico resolveu o problema de forma rápida com a troca da bateria, fui informada que o valor indicado por telefone não poderia ser pago no cartão de crédito, apenas no débito, devido o desconto concedido de R$ 30,00, porém, essa questão da forma de pagamento não foi mencionada no momento do orçamento e por lei não pode ocorrer diferença nos valores cobrados de acordo com a forma de pagamento.
O técnico é muito arrogante, nada humilde, apesar de demonstrar ter conhecimento, poderia ter uma empresa com melhor crescimento, se não tirasse sarro na cara do cliente ( riso sarcástico ), só aprovei o orçamento e realizei o serviço, por que tinha urgência do uso do celular.
The technician quickly resolved the problem by changing the battery, I was informed that the amount indicated by phone could not be paid by credit card, only by debit, due to the discount of R$ 30.00, however, this issue of the payment method was not mentioned at the time of the quote and by law there can be no difference in the amounts charged according to the payment method.
The technician is very arrogant, not humble, despite demonstrating knowledge, he could have a company with better growth, if he didn't make fun of the customer (sarcastic laugh), I only approved the budget and performed the service, because there was an urgent need for the cell phone usage.
