★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o carro na T-Line e já fiz 2 revisões no local.
Liguei bem cedo na oficina para agendar um reparo urgente, pois viajarei no final da semana.
Na primeira ligação (já no horário de funcionamento), ninguém atendeu.
Na segunda ligação, o ramal do agendamento estava ocupado (eu avisei que precisava de retorno urgente).
Na terceira ligação, o ramal ainda estava ocupado. A atendente tentou transferir para um consultor e não conseguiu...Novamente eu expliquei que tinha urgência e que, caso não fosse possível me atender, gostaria de ser avisado logo (para procurar outra oficina).
Resolvi levar o carro sem agendamento. Chegando lá, disseram que a oficina está mudando de endereço e que o agendamento só é possível para quase 15 dias.
Poderiam ter avisado isso no PRIMEIRO contato.
Após chegar em casa e conseguir agendamento para amanhã (EM OUTRA CONCESSIONÁRIA), me ligaram para agendar nesse prazo absurdo...
Perda de tempo e falta de consideração com o cliente.
 I bought the car on T-Line and I've already had 2 reviews on site.
I called the repair shop very early to schedule an urgent repair as I will be traveling at the end of the week.
On the first call (already during opening hours), no one answered.
On the second call, the appointment extension was busy (I told them I needed an urgent callback).
On the third call, the extension was still busy. The attendant tried to transfer him to a consultant and couldn't... Again I explained that it was urgent and that, if it was not possible to attend to me, I would like to be notified soon (to look for another workshop).
I decided to take the car without an appointment. Arriving there, they said that the workshop is changing its address and that scheduling is only possible for almost 15 days.
They could have told you this in the FIRST contact.
After arriving home and getting an appointment for tomorrow (IN ANOTHER DEALER), they called me to schedule an appointment at this absurd time...
Waste of time and lack of consideration for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't go to see the zero KM line up. The semi new fleet is not wide. I almost close a deal on a apparently nice Peugeot 2008 but the wait to put the order on the sys was huge. I was there for almost 2 hours.
