★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bom estou usando essa internet faz um 4 meses e to querendo sair porq quando eu contratei essa internet pedi para eles instalarem pra mim com fibra otica dentro de casa. paguei a instalaçao e ate hoje nao vi essa fibra otica. estou usando essa internet sem ser fibra otica e quando eu pergunto eles simplesmente me falam assim o senhor tem q aguarda ate uma proxima carga vim. so que estou aguardando vai fazer 5 meses e pra que eu paguei entao pra instalação da fibra otica. estou muito chateado....
well i'm using this internet for 4 months and i want to leave because when i hired this internet i asked them to install it for me with fiber optic indoors. I paid for the installation and until today I haven't seen this optical fiber. I am using this internet without being fiber optic and when I ask they simply talk to me like this you have to wait until the next load came. So what I'm waiting for is going to be 5 months and what I paid for then to install the optical fiber. I'm very upset....
