I don't recommend it to anyone, I spend all day trying to talk to support they have come to my house several times but with no solution they don't deliver the contracted speed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico! Estou ficando todos os dias sem acesso a noite e volta só de manhã. Abrem ordem de servico nem vejo rastro do tecnico na minha casa pra resolver o problema. Já cheguei a ficar uma semana sem Internet e eles fazendo pouco caso, estou sendo totalmente prejudicada pois a Internet é minha ferramenta de trabalho.
I do not recommend! I'm staying every day without access at night and comes back only in the morning. They open a service order, I don't even see a trace of the technician in my house to solve the problem. I've gone a week without the Internet and they don't care, I'm being totally harmed because the Internet is my work tool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percebi que perfis fakes dão 5 estrelas. Se tentando contratar o serviço me deixam 15 minutos ouvindo comercial no telefone, pelo Whats app esquecem de vc... to fora! Se eu tiver que reclamar depois que contratar vou morrer de tanta raiva.
I noticed that fake profiles give 5 stars. If trying to hire the service, they leave me 15 minutes listening to commercials on the phone, through whats app they forget about you... I'm out! If I have to complain after I hire I'll die of rage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada agradável. Marquei uma instalação numa segunda para ser instalado ao sábado, e o técnico simplesmente não veio. Além disso, só avisaram na outra segunda(hoje) que remarcaram para terça. Não deram preferência alguma para alguém que está esperando uma semana pela instalação do produto, eles pedem fidelidade de um cliente mas na hora de atender são totalmente anti-profissionais.
Not pleasant. I scheduled an install on a Monday to be installed on a Saturday, and the technician just didn't come. In addition, they only informed the other Monday (today) that they rescheduled for Tuesday. They didn't give any preference to someone who is waiting a week for the product to be installed, they ask for a customer's loyalty but when it comes to answering they are totally unprofessional.
