Comprei uma caixa de som com 30 dias de garantia, a caixa parou de funcionar com 5 dias e o mesmo não me devolveu o dinheiro nem me deu uma nova caixa. Dessa forma infringiu o codigo de defesa do consumidor e a própria garantia.
Prejuízo de 60 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja. No dia 15/01 comprei uma caixa de som por 60 reais, dia 19 a mesma apresentou defeito, hoje dia 20/01 fui ao local solicitar a troca ou meu dinheiro de volta, conforme meu direito ao arrependimento de compra exposto no CDC, ainda que tivesse sido me dado garantia de 30 dias.
O dono do estabelecimento se negou a trocar alegando um arranhão na parte inferior do aparelho, o que não vem ao caso, já que o aparelho é de som e não importa se há uma pequena marca na parte debaixo do mesmo, que fica apoiada em cima de qualquer lugar.
Não aconselho a comprarem nada na loja!
A compra foi efetuada na franquia do IPSEP, cujo o nome na frente da loja é TEMPO CELL, mas que tem o CNPJ cadastrado como TEMPO CERTO.

Fui trocar a pilha do meu relógio, colocaram uma usada!!( nem abriram um pacote de uma pilha nova), percebi quando o relogio estava com a light fraca, fui em outra loja e constatei que a pilha mal tinha carga. Jamais voltarei! Nem irei pra tentar pegar meu dinheiro de volta, pra nao ter mais insatisfação, mesmo pq, eles nem cupom fiscal de serviço,emitem.
