Great. Agile staff, and very careful with my dog. I recommend the bath and grooming mainly, because they have cameras inside the store for any problem and I can stay there too watching the professionals taking care of my pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contarei uma história, meu cachorro foi muito sujo ao toys e pet... Não somos pessoas com aparência de ricos. Ao sair do pet shop, meu cachorro voltou vomitando muito e com muita diarréia, achei q ele ia vir a falecer de tão mal que estava. Deram remédio para tirar pulga e carrapato forte demais, sem minha autorização. Não indicado para cães muito sujos e/ou famílias mais humildes. Além do preço ser 3x mais alto que o custume. QUASE PROCESSEI O LUGAR. Foi horrível.

They gave medicine to remove fleas and ticks that were too strong, without my authorization. Not suitable for very dirty dogs and / or more humble families. In addition to the price being 3x higher than the cost. I ALMOST PROCESSED THE PLACE. It was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante um tempo levei minha cachorrinha toda semana para tomar banho no local e as vezes para tosar também. De fato é um local com uma boa disponibilidade de horários, o que facilita bastante, e o banho atendia as minhas expectativas. Entretanto, no final do ano passado minha cachorrinha voltou com o olho machucado, e nem ao menos vieram conversar comigo sobre algum problema que pode ter ocorrido. Pelo contrário, eu que percebi e tive que voltar ao local para buscar informações a respeito. O petshop se limitou a encaminhar minha cachorrinha à veterinária do local que me disse que “passaria logo”. A partir de então deixei de dar banho no local e passei a dar banho em outro petshop do bairro, mas permaneci tosando lá por já ter me adaptado ao tipo de tosa. No entanto, duas semanas atrás levei minha cachorrinha para tosar e hoje, quando fui dar banho nela em casa, encontrei um chumaço de algodão esquecido dentro da orelha dela. Fui fazer uma reclamação com a gerência que se limitou a dizer que marcariam uma reunião com o pessoal. Dessa forma, deixo de ser cliente tanto para banho como para tosa e não recomendo o local para meus conhecidos mais, não só pelo descuido no banho como também pelo descaso no atendimento com o cliente

On the contrary, I realized it and had to go back to the place to look for information about it. The petshop limited itself to forwarding my dog to the local vet who told me that "it would be over soon". From then on, I stopped bathing in the place and started bathing in another pet shop in the neighborhood, but I kept shearing there because I had already adapted to the type of grooming. However, two weeks ago I took my dog to shear and today, when I went to bathe her at home, I found a cotton ball forgotten inside her ear. I went to make a complaint with the management who just said that they would arrange a meeting with the staff. Thus, I stop being a client for both bathing and grooming and I do not recommend the place to my acquaintances anymore, not only due to carelessness in the bath, but also due to the neglect in customer service.
