Fiquei aguardando resposta via whats app e ela apenas vizualizou , fora a forma arrogante de tratar . DECEPCIONADA !!! COM TODA CERTEZA NÃO INDICO A NINGUEM , E GOSTARIA MUITO DE SABER QUEM É O DONO DESTE ESTABELICIMENTO PQ ELE NÃO TEM NOÇÃO DO DINHEIRO QUE ESTA DEIXANDO DE GANHAR TENDO ESSA MOÇA NO ATENDIMENTO .
 I was impressed with Clara's lack of manners, who is the person who answers the phone, it seems that we are bothering her when she gets in touch. I was waiting for a response via whats app and she just saw it, apart from the arrogant way of treating. DISAPPOINTED !!! CERTAINLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE, AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO OWNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE HE HAS NO IDEA OF THE MONEY HE IS FAILING TO EARN HAVING THIS GIRL IN THE SERVICE.

Atendimento péssimo, com tom arrogância, parece que não querem fazer negócio. A impressão que dá é que estamos implorando por teto. Pedi varias vezes para me auxiliarem pois estava vindo de outra cidade e nem um pouco de empatia . Dias e dias para responder uma simples mensagem de WhatsApp e mais muitos dias pra analisar documentação pra simplesmente recusarem sem nenhum tipo de embasamento.
Com certeza o dono perde MUITOS negócios com esses funcionários.

Terrible service, with an arrogant tone, it seems they don't want to do business. The impression it gives is that we are begging for a roof. I asked several times to help me because I was coming from another city and not a little empathy. Days and days to respond to a simple WhatsApp message and many more days to analyze documentation to simply refuse without any kind of basis.
Surely the owner loses A LOT of business with these employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entramos em contato, fomos ver um imóvel e não gostamos, pedimos outras opções e nos falaram para enviar as informações por whatsapp, enviamos as informações e até o momento estamos esperando atendimento. Nada de retorno! Isso porque estávamos lá. Não teria sido mais fácil e mais atencioso passar as informações ali na hora, não tinha mais ninguém sendo atendido ou esperando, era só dar a devida atenção e assim também nos pouparia tempo.
We got in touch, we went to see a property and we didn't like it, we asked for other options and they told us to send the information by whatsapp, we sent the information and so far we are waiting for service. No return! That's because we were there. It wouldn't have been easier and more attentive to pass the information there on time, there was no one else being attended to or waiting, we just had to pay due attention and that would also save us time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária de Atibaia!!! os Proprietários que anunciam la deveriam tomar cuidado quando seus imóveis demoram para ser alugado, A imobiliária não consegue analisar nem os documentos dos interessados, me deram 2 dias de prazo e se passaram 13 dias úteis sem resposta dos responsáveis, as atendentes de la não tem culpa, mas essa empresa deveria repensar seus valores, pois não tem 1% de empatia pelos clientes, parece que estamos pedindo algum favor a eles ao se interessar por algum imóvel, foi a pior experiência que tive com Imobiliária, FUJAM!!! FICA A DICA.
Worst real estate in Atibaia!!! Owners who advertise there should be careful when their properties take a long time to be rented, The real estate agent can't even analyze the documents of the interested parties, they gave me 2 days of deadline and 13 business days passed without a response from those responsible, the attendants of la don't have guilt, but this company should rethink its values, because it doesn't have 1% of empathy for customers, it seems that we are asking them for some favor when interested in some property, it was the worst experience I had with Real Estate, RUN!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo aqui minha indignação com a imobiliária, me mudei recentemente para a cidade, procurando apartamentos, encontrei um que me interessou pela imobiliária. Assim entrei em contato para iniciar o processo de locação, expliquei que precisava com urgência pois estava tendo gastos altos com hospedagem e se poderiam me ajudar tendo um processo mais agilizado ( respeitando o prazo de 2 dias para analisar a documentação) se passaram quase 15 dias e não obtive um retorno positivo ou negativo da documentação. Isso é um descaso com o cliente, além do atendimento não ser satisfatório também!
Com outra imobiliária da cidade consegui realizar todo o processo em 3 dias!
I leave here my indignation with the real estate, I recently moved to the city, looking for apartments, I found one that interested me in the real estate. So I got in touch to start the rental process, I explained that I needed it urgently because I was having high expenses with accommodation and if they could help me with a more streamlined process (respecting the 2-day deadline to analyze the documentation) almost 15 days had passed and I didn't get a positive or negative feedback from the documentation. This is a disregard for the customer, in addition to the service not being satisfactory either!
With another realtor in town I managed to complete the entire process in 3 days!
