Very rude nurse and totally unprepared to deal with animals and their owners. But the receptionist is the opposite, polite and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bem legal, até tranquilo, não precisa fazer a coleta no local, levando a amostra coletada da mareira correta ta tudo OK.
O único porém foi que eu me confundi com a porta... tem 2, mas só da pra entrar pela maior e mais bonita e não pela de vidro na frente, isso me bugou num nível... kkkkkkk
Gostei do atendimento, fui já era por volta de 13:45 ou mais, fui muito bem atendido.
Very cool place, even quiet, you don't need to collect on the spot, taking the sample collected in the correct way, everything is OK.
The only problem was that I got confused with the door... there are 2, but you can only enter through the biggest and prettiest and not through the glass at the front, this bugged me on a level... kkkkkkk
I liked the service, I went around 1:45 pm or more, I was very well attended.
