★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima organização. muito insatisfeita com atendimento da recepção não tem organização nem com o horário das marcações . marquei um Ultrasson 4D com 20 dias de antecedência e liguei hoje mais cedo para confirmando o horário, e quando cheguei para realizar o exame disseram que era em outro horário, resumindo não pode fazer o exame pois teria que esperar por 2 horas , eu tinha outros compromissos e não pode esperar, infelizmente fiquei prejudicada pois o exame teria que ser feito até esta semana por ser 4D até 30 semanas. E não consegui marca em outros lugares para está semana .
Bad organization. very dissatisfied with the reception attendance has no organization nor with the appointment schedule. I booked an Ultrasound 4D 20 days in advance and called earlier today to confirm the time, and when I arrived to take the exam they said it was at another time, in short I could not take the exam because I would have to wait for 2 hours, I had other appointments and can not wait, unfortunately I was harmed because the exam would have to be done until this week to be 4D up to 30 weeks. And I couldn't mark elsewhere for this week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa já tinha feito o ultrassom com Doppler um dia antes no mater dei, fomos apenas para fazer o 4d. Esperamos uns 40 minutos de atraso por conta da paciente anterior e na nossa vez o exame demorou 20 minutos com fotos muito borradas. Ou seja, pagamos à toa. Não indico.
My wife had already done the Doppler ultrasound the day before at the mater dei, we just went to do the 4d. We waited about 40 minutes late because of the previous patient and in our turn the exam took 20 minutes with very blurred photos. That is, we pay for nothing. I do not indicate.

Hoje em dia uma empresa não atender telefone fixo é complicado hein????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com 35 semanas de gestação, contando os dias pra chegada do meu bebê, ansiosa, sensível, e estava muito empolgada com meu ultrassom, que são os últimos até o parto. Tive indicação da clínica e marquei com a médica que vi algumas avaliações dela. Paguei para filmar o exame e guardar esse momento. E saí de lá chorando.
Dra Virgínia foi muito Insensível com algumas questões e colocou a culpa em não ter levado meus exames anteriores, mas na marcação não me pediram. Falando do crescimento do bebê, se me falaram que estava normal, eu perguntava se tinha algum problema ela dizia que não podia responder por não estar com os exames. Me trazendo muita insegurança. Toda hora perguntava do local que eu fazia os exames anteriormente e não do meu bebê. E mostrou 1 segundo do meu bebê sem termos técnicos. Só a parte técnica foi mostrada , mesmo assim me enchendo de dúvidas e medos, eu paguei pelas imagens e saí muito insatisfeita, triste e sem entender se tinha algum problema com meu filho.
I am 35 weeks pregnant, counting the days for my baby's arrival, anxious, sensitive, and I was very excited about my ultrasound, which are the last ones until delivery. I had an appointment at the clinic and I arranged with the doctor that I saw some evaluations of her. I paid to film the exam and save that moment. And I left there crying.
Dr. Virgínia was very insensitive with some questions and blamed me for not having taken my previous exams, but at the appointment I was not asked. Speaking of the baby's growth, if they told me it was normal, I asked if there was a problem, she said she couldn't answer because she didn't have the exams. Bringing me a lot of insecurity. Every time I asked where I had the exams before and not my baby. And it showed 1 second of my baby without technical terms. Only the technical part was shown, even so filling me with doubts and fears, I paid for the images and left very dissatisfied, sad and without understanding if I had a problem with my son.
