I don't recommend it, they ask for shorts, use the card's limit and they haven't released it for 1 month since my limit is blocked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitos problemas na hora de liberar o Veículo: 1) Não estava totalmente limpo por fora e foi preciso "bater uma água". 2) a kilometragem do carro estava incorreta da informada no contrato, assinado dentro da loja (diferença de 3mil Km). 3) o Tanque não estava cheio, somente até a metade.
Por sorte não descuidei de conferir estes detalhes.
Many problems when releasing the Vehicle: 1) It was not completely clean on the outside and it was necessary to "swipe some water". 2) the car's mileage was incorrect from that stated in the contract, signed inside the store (difference of 3 thousand km). 3) the Tank was not full, only half full.
Luckily I didn't neglect to check these details.

Unidas is my favorite rental company, it just didn't get 5 stars because the persuasion methodology for selling products makes the withdrawal process long and painful.

Great service, special congratulations to Rogéria from the store, very attentive and helpful. Congratulations also to Suelen who released the car there at G1, both note 10! I work with Customer Service, in the Quality area, I highly value those who serve well, as if they were the 1st customer of the day. Both always with a smile. United, look at these girls!!!!
