★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma radiografia panorâmica, o atendimento foi rápido e também para a realização do exame algo de 30 minutos, utilizarei o WhatsApp para tirar todas as duvidas e foram super atencioso. Se precisar realizar outros exames voltarei na Uniero, pois a experiência que tive foi diferente de outras clinicas de radiologia
I performed a panoramic radiography, the service was fast and also for the exam it took something of 30 minutes, I will use WhatsApp to clear all doubts and they were super attentive. If I need to perform other exams, I will return to Uniero, as the experience I had was different from other radiology clinics.

Realizei 3 escaneamentos invisalign e o último foi realizado pelo profissional Ezequiel, muito cordial e atencioso. Na recepção desta última vez, fui muito bem recebida por Daniela e Kethlen. Parabéns à equipe pelo atendimento! Pena que não lembro do nome dos profissionais que me atenderam nas vezes anteriores, pois também merecem todo o reconhecimento.
I am always very well assisted when I need to take exams at the Tatuapé unit. I performed 3 invisalign scans and the last one was performed by the professional Ezequiel, very cordial and attentive. At the reception this last time, I was very well received by Daniela and Kethlen. Congratulations to the team for the service! It's a shame I don't remember the names of the professionals who assisted me in previous times, as they also deserve all the recognition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do lugar estar com uma espera razoável o atendimento é muito bom e prático. Peguei meus exames muito rápido. Como é por ordem de chegada, reservei a manhã de um sábado e resolvi o que o que precisava. Indico!

My experience was sensational. I took my two children and from scheduling to leaving the unit, the service was perfect. Tatuapé really needed dental radiology at this level.
CONGRATULATIONS to all the professionals at the Tatuapé unit, the welcome and excellence in service was charming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na unidade Tatuapé para saber sobre tomografia, no final da ligação questionei se a unidade naquele momento estava cheia, a atendente respondeu apenas “SIM”, repeti a pergunta é complementei se havia muitas pessoas aguardando para atendimento e novamente a resposta foi apenas “sim” , achei estranho e resolvi ir mesmo assim. Quando cheguei lá apenas 10min depois da ligação para meu espanto, não havia ninguém aguardando atendimento na unidade. Porque mentir ao telefone? Não gostam de atender? Imagina quantas pessoas no meu lugar procurariam outro serviço…..
I called the Tatuapé unit to find out about tomography, at the end of the call I asked if the unit was full at that moment, the attendant only answered "YES", I repeated the question and complemented if there were many people waiting for care and again the answer was just "yes" ”, I thought it was strange and decided to go anyway. When I got there just 10min after the call, to my amazement, there was no one waiting for service at the unit. Why lie on the phone? Don't like to answer? Imagine how many people in my place would look for another service…..

Ambiente limpo e confortável.
Profissional que prestou os exames, excelente.
Equipamentos modernos.
Ouve atraso no atendimento, porque os técnicos se "atrapalharam" nas suas agendas, e ao invés de iniciar às 08hrs, começaram às 09hrs.
Porém a técnica que me atendeu chegou às 08:40hrs. Muito atenciosa!

There is a delay in the service, because the technicians "fucked up" in their schedules, and instead of starting at 08:00, they started at 09:00.
However, the technician who attended to me arrived at 08:40hrs. Very attentive!
