Mais de duas horas para atender a criança com febre e nada, depois de reclamar, o atendente teve a coragem de informar que foi chamado, sendo que estávamos lá o tempo inteiro e nenhum momento aconteceu o informado, até que chegou uma emergência e tivemos que ir reclamar na ouvidoria.
The neglect that the pediatrician made today is absurd.
More than two hours to attend to the child with a fever and nothing, after complaining, the attendant had the courage to inform that he was called, since we were there the entire time and no time was informed, until an emergency arrived and we had to go complain to the ombudsman.
