★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito. Não teve respeito a Lei da prioridade do idoso. A recepcionista ignorou e disse que "é emergência então não tem lei nenhuma de idoso". Absurdo!
 Disrespect. There was no respect for the Elderly Priority Law. The receptionist ignored it and said "it's an emergency so there's no senior citizen law." Absurd!

Levei minha mãe e tivemos uma atenção fora do habitual, que com certeza não costumo ver em outros atendimentos médicos. Preocupação com nosso bem estar. Recepcionista Vitória e Dra Hanna nossa gratidão.

I took my mother and we had unusual attention, which I certainly don't usually see in other medical appointments. Concern for our well being. Receptionist Vitória and Dr Hanna our gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência não foi favorável pois a consulta estava marcada para 11h e só fui atendida 13h. A clínica deveria auto avaliar-se pois tempo é dinheiro e ficar de molho 2 hs, não é legal.
My experience was not favorable as the appointment was scheduled for 11 am and I was only seen at 1 pm. The clinic should self-assess itself because time is money and being soaked for 2 hours is not legal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção demonstra empatia e nos orienta assim que pisamos no local. Cheguei bem tarde da noite e com muito medo da dor que estava sentindo. A plantonista me atendeu e aliviou minha dor imediatamente, passou colirios para continuar em casa e orientou caso precisasse retornar e funcionam 24 horas. Obrigada!
Reception shows empathy and guides us as soon as we step into the place. I arrived very late at night and very scared of the pain I was feeling. The on-call nurse attended to me and relieved my pain immediately, gave me eye drops to stay at home and guided me if I needed to return and they work 24 hours a day. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de alta qualidade. Meu pai teve muita confiança ao ser examinado hoje pela Dra. Hanna, inclusive ele pediu que eu escrevesse essa avaliação como forma de agradecimento. Ele tem problema de vista, vamos há anos a oftalmologistas e ele nunca fui examinado com tanta atenção como hoje. Super indico!
High quality service. My father was very confident when he was examined today by Dr. Hanna, he even asked me to write this review as a thank you. He has a vision problem, we have been going to ophthalmologists for years and he has never been examined as closely as today. Super nominate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei e a recepcionista falou q a emergência demoraria de 30 a 40 min. Passados 1h da espera, perguntei e me falaram que mais 10 min. Passados mais 15min, eu e outros pacientes perguntamos mais uma vez e a recepcionosta falou mais 15 min. Então começamos a reclamar e foi qdo a médica abriu a porta e chamou o 1° paciente que estava aguardando. Mto desorganizados. O tempo todo a médica estava trancada na sala e 11 pessoas esperando na recepção.
I arrived and the receptionist said that the emergency would take 30 to 40 min. After 1h of waiting, I asked and was told that another 10 min. After another 15 minutes, other patients and I asked again and the receptionist spoke for another 15 minutes. So we started to complain and that's when the doctor opened the door and called the 1st patient who was waiting. Very disorganized. The entire time the doctor was locked in the room and 11 people were waiting at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um desrespeito total com o consumidor. Um numero que não funciona.."voce esta na posição 1..." e repete, está em loop. Fora que o atendimento é muito ruim...vc chega na emergencia, com dor, desesperado e atendente pede para você pagar antecipadamente a consulta, depois de ter dado todos os dados cadastrais. Depois você fica agoniado para ser atendido e é informado que a Dra. está em atendimento e quando ela abre a porta não sai ninguem lá de dentro. Questionaada a atendente diz que a paciente saiu pelas portas dos funods. Debochada. É isso o que temos para o dia....
A total disregard for the consumer. A number that doesn't work.."you are in position 1..." and it repeats, it's in a loop. Apart from that the service is very bad... you arrive at the emergency, in pain, desperate and the attendant asks you to pay in advance for the consultation, after having given all the registration data. Then you are in agony to be attended and you are informed that the Dr. is in attendance and when she opens the door, no one comes out. When questioned, the attendant says that the patient left through the doors of the funods. mocking. That's what we have for the day....
