★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Progressiva mal feita e por não avisar a dona do salão em até três dias ( prazo para retoque que ninguém é avisado) , não fizeram retoque.Estou com o cabelo como se não tivesse feito progressiva nenhuma. Péssimo serviço.Paguei R$ 100,00 para meu cabelo continuar do mesmo jeito. Não recomendo jamais.
 Progressive poorly done and for not notifying the owner of the salon within three days (deadline for retouching that no one is advised), they did not retouch. I have my hair as if I had not done any progressive. Bad service. I paid R $ 100.00 for my hair to continue the same way. I never recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os preços são ótimos, atendimento excelente. Já fui em salão no centro mesmo e o atendimento era péssimo, os preços nem se fala. Ainda mais por ser um salão no centro, achei o preço de tudo muito justo.
Salão limpo, organizado, funcionários divertidos e simpáticos. Super recomendo.
All prices are great, excellent service. I went to a salon in the center and the service was terrible, the prices are not even mentioned. Even more because it is a salon in the center, I found the price of everything very fair.
Clean, organized lounge, fun and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito decepcionada fiz uma "progressiva " mais na verdade fizeram um botox no valor de uma progressiva. Em menos de 1 mês o meu cabelo estava com volume alto nossa fiquei chateada pois estou acostumada a fazer progressiva e sei como o meu cabelo fica durante 5 meses pra ter ideia n ficou com a casquinha que o produto da progressiva deixa. Bem que dizem o barato sai caro.
I was very disappointed I did a "progressive" but in fact they made a botox worth a progressive. In less than 1 month my hair was at high volume and I was upset because I am used to making it progressive and I know how my hair stays for 5 months to get an idea n it got the cone that the progressive product leaves. They say cheap is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer minhas sobrancelhas e não fiquei satisfeita, pedi para fazer design pois minhas sobrancelhas estavam desiguais, na hora de pagar tive que ficar esperando a antipática da menina da recepção terminar de bater papo com outra menina, e ainda por cima quando sai de lá tava tudo lindo porém quando lavei meus rosto e a água tirou a sombra que a Val passou nas minhas sobrancelhas, elas estavam pior do que quando eu entrei, péssimo atendimento nunca mais volto
I went to do my eyebrows and I was not satisfied, I asked to do design because my eyebrows were uneven, when paying I had to wait for the dislike of the girl at the reception to finish chatting with another girl, and even more when I left there I was everything was beautiful but when I washed my face and the water removed the shadow that Val passed on my eyebrows, they were worse than when I came in, terrible service I will never be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa salão fazer minha unha tem um certo tempo já, e se arrependimento matasse eu não estaria escrevendo isso, primeiro que já vi bandido ser mais educado que a tal de Val, foi super grossa comigo quando eu perguntei se passava a unha no cartão de débito, ela me disse que a unha de semana era 25 no dinheiro e no cartão de débito era 35, gente um absurdo isso, 10 reais de taxa de cartão achei muito abusivo, ok fui fazer minha unha com uma deficiente auditiva que trabalha lá, e percebi que deve ser norma do salão ser grosso e ignorante porque a manicure é outra mal educada, o salão é mal arrumado cheio de coisa pendurada e nada aconchegante.
Enfim Val se você ler isso saiba que delicadeza e simpatia não faz mal a ninguém, se você é uma pessoa amargurada não passe isso pros clientes porque ninguém é obrigado a aguentar você, e digo o mesma para a manicure.
I went to this salon to have my nail done for a while now, and if regret killed I wouldn't be writing this, first I saw a thug being more polite than the one from Val, he was super thick with me when I asked if he would use his nail on the card debit, she told me that the week nail was 25 in cash and the debit card was 35, people absurd that, 10 reais of card fee I found it very abusive, ok I went to do my nail with a hearing impaired who works there, and I realized that it must be the norm of the salon to be thick and ignorant because the manicure is another bad manners, the salon is badly tidy with hanging things and nothing cozy.
Anyway Val if you read this know that delicacy and friendliness do not hurt anyone, if you are a bitter person do not pass it on to customers because no one is forced to put up with you, and I say the same for the manicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo é muito bem feito, o lugar é aconchegante, tudo limpo e organizado. Aposto muito vc ir em um salão de bairro ou até outros populares no centro e vc encontrar a qualidade de serviço e de produtos.
Eu tô vendo tantas reclamações aqui, mas aposto que nao ligaram ou foram la pessoalmente pra relatar o problema.
Pessoal, tenham mais senso também, consideração pelo próximo, tentem resolver essas coisas da maneira certa, nao escrachando assim.
Eu recomendo e não abro mão!!!
Everything is very well done, the place is cozy, everything clean and organized. I bet you go to a neighborhood salon or even other popular downtown and you find the quality of service and products.
I'm seeing so many complaints here, but I bet they didn't call or went there personally to report the problem.
Guys, have more sense too, considerate of others, try to solve these things in the right way, not by doing so.
I recommend and do not give up !!!
