Nao sou fã da marca, só entrei pra perguntar sobre uma coleçao específica que tinha saído e fui muito bem atendida. Os valores sao bem altos como de costume, mas fui bem tratada, talvez porque a loja estava vazia, nao sei. Experimentei varios itens e tamanhos, staff bem atencioso entao nao tenho reclamacoes.
New store in the bourbon mall, the same scheme as other franchise stores. I'm not a fan of the brand, I just came in to ask about a specific collection that had come out and I was very well attended. The prices are quite high as usual, but I was treated well, maybe because the store was empty, I don't know. I tried several items and sizes, the staff was very attentive so I have no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre compro na Vans pois meu marido adora td de lá. Mas ontem entrei na loja e fui atendida por uma vendedora que simplesmente achou q eu n fosse comprar nada e saiu. Sumiu!!! Olhei pra trás e ela n estava mais na loja. Era perto da hr do almoço e achei um absurdo ela n me dar o mínimo de atenção. Pois perguntei se havia algum preço bom de tenis e ela disse q não! Estavam no preço normal! E saiu. Enfim decepcionada. Deixei de comprar o presente pro meu marido por perder a vontade de estar ali.
I always shop at Vans because my husband loves it all from there. But yesterday I walked into the store and was met by a saleswoman who simply thought I wasn't going to buy anything and left. It's gone!!! I looked back and she was no longer in the store. It was close to lunch time and I found it absurd that she didn't give me the slightest attention. I asked if there were any good tennis prices and she said no! They were at the normal price! And left. Anyway disappointed. I stopped buying the gift for my husband because I no longer wanted to be there.
