★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a locação de um imóvel, e estou tendo problemas com o locador, mas a imobiliária ao invés de intermediar para solucionar o problema, me liga para que eu resolva. Quando alugo um imóvel pela imobiliária acredito que seja para não esses tipos de problemas com locador, mas nesse caso não foi isso o q aconteceu, e se for pra eu mesma ter que resolver, não precisava da imobiliária, muita falta de profissionalismo, além de quando vou reclamar eles mudam de assunto, e querem me levar na conversa. Não recomendo.
I rented a property, and I'm having problems with the landlord, but the real estate agent, instead of mediating to solve the problem, calls me to solve it. When I rent a property through real estate I believe it is not for these types of problems with landlord, but in this case it was not what happened, and if it is for me to have to solve it, I didn't need the real estate, a lot of professionalism, besides when I'll complain they change the subject, and they want to take me into the conversation. I do not recommend.
