★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, em poucos meses uma porta se soltou e espatifou no chão, e o pior é que te deixam na mão, não dão garantia nem assistência alguma, não quiseram nem ao menos ir na minha loja para ver o problema, disseram que foi mal uso e que eu deveria procurar meus direitos. Chamei outra vidraçaria que diagnoticou má instalação, porque o pino que segura a porta é roscado na porta e liso na outra ponta, e o problema foi que eles não apertaram o suficiente e com o abrir e fechar o pino desrosqueou e a porta caiu. Gastei $300 numa porta nova e eu não recomendo essa Vertical nem para meu pior inimigo.
Bad service, in a few months a door came loose and shattered on the floor, and the worst thing is that they leave you in the hand, do not give any guarantee or assistance, they did not even want to go to my store to see the problem, they said it was bad use and that I should seek my rights. I called another glazier that diagnosed a bad installation, because the pin that holds the door is threaded on the door and smooth at the other end, and the problem was that they didn't tighten enough and with the opening and closing the pin unscrewed and the door fell. I spent $ 300 on a new door and I don't recommend this Vertical even for my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, serviço demorado e mal executado. Funcionários mal educados e desrespeitosos. Demoraram mais de 2 meses para entregar um tampo de vidro de uma cômoda e arremataram o tampo de um espelho com fita isolante ao invés de um perfil de alumínio.
Produtos de péssima qualidade que observei ligo na entrega. Quando fui reclamar com a Raquel sobre atitude rude do prestador de serviço, ela ao invés de averiguar o ocorrido, mandou mensagem pelo WhatsApp dizendo que eu tratei mal o funcionário e que não iria refazer o serviço.
Poor service, slow service and poorly executed. Poorly polite and disrespectful employees. It took them more than 2 months to deliver a glass top of a dresser and they finished off a mirror top with electrical tape instead of an aluminum profile.
Very poor quality products that I noticed I call upon delivery. When I went to complain to Raquel about the service provider's rude attitude, she instead of checking what had happened, sent a message via WhatsApp saying that I treated the employee badly and that I would not do the service again.
