★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um procedimento que seria simples se transformou no maior pesadelo dos tutores. Essa clínica matou o tom, essa clínica não possui profissionalismo e ainda ficou rindo do luto dos donos. Não levem seus pets neste matadouro.
 A procedure that would be simple turned into the biggest nightmare of tutors. This clinic killed the tone, this clinic lacks professionalism and even laughed at the owners' grief. Do not take your pets to this slaughterhouse.

A proprietária, Drª Alessandra é extremamente competente, carinhosa e cuidadosa em seus atendimentos, assim como os profissionais que com ela trabalham. É uma clínica segura e confiável e tenho total segurança em levar meus pets lá.
The clinic has a differentiated service, from the way in which my pets were welcomed in consultations, surgical procedures and postoperative performed. The owner, Dr. Alessandra is extremely competent, affectionate and careful in her care, as are the professionals who work with her. It is a safe and reliable clinic and I have complete security in taking my pets there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nossa experiência com a Clínica não foi boa. Não estou aqui apenas para criticar, seria mais no intuito de ajudar outros animaizinhos. De fato a secretária é super atenciosa e a Veterinária também. Contudo gastamos muito dinheiro com consultas, exames e medicações e não tivemos um diagnostico assertivo mesmo com todo o dinheiro gasto. Tivemos, inclusive, indicação para internação. Minha gatinha quase morreu. O outro veterinário que a atendeu foi totalmente contrário a indicação de internação e tbém a alguns dos medicamentos ministrados pela Veterinária. Gastamos um dinheiro, alto, desnecessário e todas as vezes que a gatinha lá chegava ficava ainda mais estressada e só piorava o quadro. Depois de nova consulta em outro veterinário, descobrimos que ela tinha *Síndroma de Pandora*. Se vcs, assim como eu, não sabem o que é essa Síndrome, indico pesquisarem pois pode ser que estejam tratando de uma doença e não seja o diagnóstico correto podendo levar, inclusive, a óbito o que quase ocorreu no nosso caso.
Unfortunately our experience with the Clinic was not good. I'm not just here to criticize, it would be more in order to help other animals. In fact the secretary is super attentive and so is the Veterinary. However we spent a lot of money on consultations, tests and medications and we did not have an assertive diagnosis even with all the money spent. We even had an indication for hospitalization. My kitten almost died. The other veterinarian who attended was totally opposed to the indication for hospitalization and also to some of the medications administered by the Veterinary. We spent a lot of money, high, unnecessary and every time the kitten got there it got even more stressed and only made the situation worse. After another visit to another vet, we found out that she had * Pandora's syndrome *. If you, like me, do not know what this Syndrome is, I recommend researching it because it may be that you are treating a disease and it is not the correct diagnosis and may even lead to death, which almost happened in our case.
