★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom atendimento, cheguei na fila no domingo às 11 da noite já tinha 8 pessoas em minha frente, as 6:30 da manhã os portões abriram e já começa a distribuir as senhas, tinha mais de 100 pessoas, só dão 20 senhas mas todos os animais passam pela triagem veterinária, eles avaliam caso de urgência para dar o atendimento, caso que é consulta de rotina, solicitam os exames, alguns já e feito lá mesmo na hora, infelizmente meu cachorro veio a óbito no outro dia mas eu gostei do local.
 Good service, I got in line on Sunday at 11 pm, there were already 8 people in front of me, at 6:30 am the gates opened and the passwords are already being distributed, there were more than 100 people, they only give 20 passwords but all the animals go through the veterinary screening, they evaluate an emergency to give the service, in case it is a routine consultation, they request the exams, some already done there right on time, unfortunately my dog died the other day but I liked the place.

Muito demorado , meu caso foi de emergência e ele sabiam disso ,e é não houve prioridade. Eu não irei levar mais nem animal meu lá. E tbm não vou fazer nem um tipo de recomendação A respeito hostipal .
Lamentável........
They have all the best to offer a great treatment but that didn't help save my animal.
Very time consuming, my case was an emergency and they knew about it, and there was no priority. I won't take any of my animals there anymore. And I'm not even going to make any kind of recommendation about hostipal.
Unfortunate........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui favorecida,logo que cheguei pensei que já iria ter + atenção sobre o estado do meu bichinho. Demora de atendimento. Povo ignorante. Não tem amor algum nos nossos amigos de 4 patas. Trabalha por trabalhar !!! Amor ali faltou. Não recomendo TDS atendimentos péssimo. Se eles tivessem mais atenção meu bichinho estaria Aki. Se com animais são assim e se fosse com ser humano seria bem pior, odiei ali! nunca mais retorno meus pés naquele lugar
I was not favored, as soon as I arrived I thought I would already have more attention on the state of my pet. Service delay. ignorant people. There's no love in our 4 legged friends. Work for work!!! There was no love there. I do not recommend TDS terrible service. If they had more attention my pet would be Aki. If it's like that with animals and if it was with humans it would be much worse, I hated it there! never return my feet to that place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São apenas 20 senhas por dia, se você chegar e houver mais de vinte pessoas no local, desista. Segundo a um dos veterinários que me atenderam, as 10 senhas sobressalentes para emergências, são para casos de envisceramento, fraturas graves e risco de óbito eminente.
A demora para o atendimento é incrível, o local abre as 6h30, mas não tenha dúvidas que você vai perder o dia inteiro no local. Até porque, para conseguir uma das trinta senhas disponíveis, terá que chegar antes das 4h da manhã.
Levei o meu primeiro animal nesse hospital veterinário em 2013, logo que foi inaugurado, ainda nem era neste local atual e, posso afirmar com certeza, que a qualidade decaiu drasticamente. É desorganizado, o critério de atendimento não é claro, pois senhas vão sendo puladas indiscriminadamente, como se você não tivesse varado a noite com um animal doente em uma fila.
Enfim, sei que é a única opção para pessoas com baixa renda mas, como todo serviço público, é ineficaz e humilhante. Mal gasto de dinheiro público.
It's only 20 passwords a day, if you arrive and there are more than twenty people in the place, give up. According to one of the veterinarians who attended me, the 10 spare passwords for emergencies are for cases of evisceration, serious fractures and risk of imminent death.
The delay for service is incredible, the place opens at 6:30 am, but have no doubt that you will spend the entire day there. Also because, to get one of the thirty available passwords, you will have to arrive before 4 am.
I took my first animal to this veterinary hospital in 2013, as soon as it opened, it wasn't even in this current location and, I can say with certainty, that the quality has dropped dramatically. It's disorganized, the service criteria are not clear, because passwords are being skipped indiscriminately, as if you hadn't spent the night with a sick animal in a line.
Anyway, I know it's the only option for people with low income but, like any public service, it's ineffective and humiliating. Waste of public money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu filho foi muito bem tratado,quando estava aos cuidados da Dr.Erika , infelizmente veio a virar uma estrelinha,mais sei que ela fez de tudo para que isso não acontecesse.?
My son was treated very well, when he was under the care of Dr.Erika, unfortunately he became a little star, but I know she did everything to make sure that didn't happen.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente meu gatinho estava muito mal o atendimento foi ótimo fizeram todo possível para salva-lo devíamos ter mais desses hospitais principalmente na periferia.Claro que como são poucos lotado mas se for emergência o atendimento é bem rápido
Excellent my kitten was very bad the service was great they did everything possible to save him we should have more of these hospitals mainly in the periphery.Of course as they are few crowded but if it is an emergency the service is very fast
