Atendimento excelente.
Somos clientes da clínica fazem 2 anos.
Tenho 5 gatos e sempre foram tratados pela Clínica.
Como alguns puderam observar,eu tinha dito que não levaria mais os meus gatinhos para fazer tratamento com a clínica por causa de um mau entendido.
Mais após uma resposta rápida e uma ligação da proprietária Doutora Reimy, tudo se acertou e cada um pôde entender o lado do outro desfazendo o mau entendido.
Sendo assim peço desculpa a Clínica e a proprietária pelo desabafo.
Fica aqui também o meu muito obrigado para o Doutor Marcelo que sempre tratou dos nossos gatos muito bem, boa sorte na sua nova caminhada.

We have been clients of the clinic for 2 years.
I have 5 cats and have always been treated by the Clinic.
As some have noted, I had said that I would no longer take my kittens for treatment with the clinic because of a misunderstanding.
More after a quick response and a call from the owner Dr. Reimy, everything was settled and each one could understand the other side, undoing the misunderstanding.
So I apologize to the Clinic and the owner for the outburst.
Here is also my thanks to Doctor Marcelo who always took care of our cats very well, good luck on his new walk.

Com respeito e qualidade
Quando vemos nossos filhos de quatro patas sofrendo acabamos sendo irracionais.
Gostaria de apenas deixar uma ressalva para que em momento de férias haja um profissional de plantão ou indicação de outra clinica de confiança.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dentre muitos tratamentos em que levei a minha gatinha, a Dra Reimy foi a única que conseguiu tratar a doença da Minha gatinha, com o tratamento de Ozonioterapia, o qual no caso da minha gatinha não precisou tomar remedios fortes, o que me deixou bem satisfeita, pois em outros veterinarios que receitavam esses remedios, minha gatinha ficava muito ruim! super recomendo!

Isso porque não se encontra profissional tão dedicada, segura e amorosa quanto ela. Profissional humana em todos os sentidos que esta expressão pode passar, somente com essa profissional me sinto segura e asseguro os cuidados dos meus amores peludos. I take my furry companions for 23 years at Dr. Reimy's clinic and, even though I moved several times, I stayed with them, no matter the distance. That's because she doesn't find a professional as dedicated, safe and loving as she is. Human professional in every sense that this expression can pass, only with this professional do I feel safe and ensure the care of my furry loves. Whenever they ask me, the only one that comes to mind is her. The best vet I ever met.
