★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um orçamento para planejar a cozinha do meu apartamento, porém me deparei com uma baita enrolação para enviarem apenas um orçamento. Achei bizarro, entrei em contato com outras lojas e me passaram no mesmo dia, sem precisar ir até o local e muito menos com ligação em vídeo.
Quando o cliente pede orçamento, ele quer agilidade, sem frescuras, por conta disso preferi fazer em outro local.
I asked for a quote to plan the kitchen of my apartment, but I came across a lot of trouble to send only a quote. I found it bizarre, I contacted other stores and they passed me on the same day, without having to go to the place, much less with a video call.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com o resultado, em especial o custo/benefício apresentado. Como o contrato era grande, com muitas peças, e se tratando de reforma de imóvel (já existente), previ que poderia haver problemas, e surgiram, mas foram resolvidos rapidamente e sempre com minha participação.
Em resumo, indico a VIANA FRANCO, pela qualidade dos produtos e do serviço, pela disponibilidade em solução de problemas que surgem, pelo suporte antes, durante e após execução dos trabalhos, e se eu precisar de móveis no futuro, com certeza terão minha preferência.

I was very satisfied with the result, especially the cost/benefit presented. As the contract was large, with many pieces, and in the case of renovation of a property (already existing), I predicted that there could be problems, and they did arise, but they were resolved quickly and always with my participation.
