★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico está Vidraçaria pois fui atendido pelo Sr. Jhonatan onde o mesmo fez o orçamento e me cobrou 50% do valor antecipado para comprar o material e até hoje não realizou o serviço nem me devolveu meu dinheiro. O mesmo enganou outras pessoas no nosso condomínio... Inapropriacao indevida de nosso dinheiro. Fui ROUBADO???
I do not indicate Vidraçaria because I was attended by Mr. Jhonatan, where he made the budget and charged me 50% of the advance price to buy the material and until today he did not perform the service or return my money to me. The same deceived other people in our condo ... Improper inappropriate use of our money. I was STOLEN???

Serviço mal feito.
Em menos de 4 meses o serviço que foi feito despencou e me disseram que não está na garantia.
Prometeram enviar pessoal para verificar o ocorrido, mas nunca entram em contato.
Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma. Pouco profissionais e serviço mal executado.
Infelizmente sai no prejuízo. Acredito que haja exceções e algumas pessoas fiquem satisfeitas com o serviço desta empresa. Mas no meu caso, realmente, não foi o que aconteceu.
A empresa simplesmente se isentou de qualquer compromisso com o trabalho efetuado, o que é inadmissível para uma empresa que se diga profissional.

In less than 4 months the service that has been done has plummeted and I am told it is not under warranty.
They promised to send staff to verify what happened, but never get in touch.
I do not recommend it at all. Unprofessional and poorly executed service.
Unfortunately it comes out at a loss. I believe there are exceptions and some people are pleased with the service of this company. But in my case, really, that's not what happened.
The company simply disclaims any commitment to the work done, which is inadmissible for a company that calls itself a professional.

Engenheiro Santana Jr. pois ontem dia 15/01/18 liguei pra lá pra fazer um orçamento do meu box que estourou na minha mão e graças Q não houve muitos danos nas minhas mãos mas enfim veio um cara fazer orçamento Q se diz o filho do dono chamado (Jonatha) e veio querer fazer negócio por fora me dando um orçamento bem abaixo no Q seria pela loja 1.100,00 ele me fez por 700,00 veio a noite na minha casa e eu deixei entrar por volta das 19hs pra me fazer essa proposta é a sorte Q não deu certo passar o meu cartão e eu estava sem dinheiro então não cai no golpe pois depois fui pesquisar pelo panfleto Q havia me dado como se fosse a vidracaria dele Black Vidros não existia no endereço do panfleto e nem existe CNPJ eu ia caindo num golpe, fora o risco Q eu corri deixando um estranho entrar na minha casa! Vidraçaria Verona não é de confiança! CUIDADO!!!!
Não contratem nada de lá!

Glassware Verona is not to be trusted! CAUTION!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kely Pontes, algo parecido aconteceu comigo na Vidraçaria Verona com esse mesmo rapaz (Jonatan). Pedi um orçamento para cortina de vidro. Ele foi até o local para tirar as medidas. Quando o preço e as condições de pagamento estavam sendo negociadas, ele inseriu nos seus cálculos um montante a mais do que havia sido combinado na loja, dizendo tratar-se de cobrança de juros. Ficou claro naquele momento que ele estava tentando forçar um financiamento da compra com juros bem salgados, mesmo tendo dito eu que não precisava de financiamento nenhum. Cancelei o pedido no mesmo instante em que tentou me enganar. Ele saiu furioso porque o golpe não colou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram um serviço de porco na minha casa, péssimo serviço, estragaram meu móvel, deixaram tudo torto, sujaram tudo e trabalham de má vontade; reclamando do horário. Trabalham de forma atabalhoada, desastrada, sem zelo e sem cuidado. O corte do vidro veio certo, a instalação foi péssima.
O montador Raimundo muito agressivo e fazendo tudo de mal gosto, batendo nas esquadrias e deixando tudo emporcalhado.
O Elton mais tranquilo, mas com pressa para ir embora e pouco habilidoso.
Cuidado, pense bem antes de pedir que eles façam serviço dentro da sua casa.
