The experience was good! Very attentive staff for the tomography! My suggestions for change is the reception, which is very open and open to the street, easy to escape and also have a drinking fountain for the animals!

O exame já é demorado porquê o pet precisa ser anestesiado, leva 2 horas, então ficar 3 horas esperando foi extremamente desagradável. Além de uma cadeira, não tem conforto algum pra quem fica aguardando. Um bebedouro, um café, uma bolachinha pra distrair seria no mínimo simpático. Ainda mais considerando o preço do exame de 1300,00 reais. Atendente mal preparada pra lidar com cães, fiquei com receio da minha cachorra fugir. Teve muita dificuldade em resolver a questão de me ajudar a retirar a caixa de transporte do carro. Ou é novata ou falta treinamento. Fiquei aguardando no carro. O mais importante que é o exame em si, não sei avaliar a qualidade do laudo e aparelhagens. Foi indicação do veterinário. Parecem ser bons, mas precisam melhorar atendimento ao cliente.
They delayed the exam for an hour without even an apology or explanation. The exam is already long because the pet needs to be anesthetized, it takes 2 hours, so waiting 3 hours was extremely unpleasant. Besides a chair, there is no comfort for those who are waiting. A drinking fountain, a coffee, a biscuit to entertain would be nice to say the least. Even more considering the exam price of 1300.00 reais. Attendant ill prepared to deal with dogs, I was afraid my dog would run away. It was very difficult to resolve the issue of helping me remove the transport box from the car. You are either new or lack training. I was waiting in the car. The most important thing is the exam itself, I don't know how to assess the quality of the report and equipment. It was the veterinarian's indication. They look good, but they need to improve customer service.

Ao chegar no local, eu e meu cachorro fomos tratado com muito carinho e cordialidade pelos profissionais da Visiovet. O laudo ficou pronto antes mesmo do prazo estabelecido pela Visiovet, algo que foi muito importante para diagnosticar e tratar o meu cachorro.
I was assisted in a cordial way from the first contact by phone, I got quick answers and I was able to schedule a tomography of my dog the day after the request from the veterinarians. Upon arriving at the place, my dog and I were treated with great affection and cordiality by Visiovet professionals. The report was ready even before the deadline established by Visiovet, something that was very important to diagnose and treat my dog.
