Great clinic, I was very well attended by the *Reception* and by the Dr, I arrived in pain and left very satisfied, I highly recommend great professionals.

Bad experience! The Dentist was super grumpy and impatient, was attending to me with headphones listening to MUSIC! Believe it or not...I've never seen this..it looked like I hated being there and wanted to leave soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo nunca mais volto, fui atendida por dr não muito experiente, mais era educado, os mais experientes dava prioridade para as consultas particulares, ouvir nitidamente quando a recepcionistas falou e 3 procedimentos e partícula, o dentista logo falou aí sim este eu atendo,tive que sair de lá ir procurar outro consultório porque sair pior do que entrei infelizmente o dentista que me atendeu não tinha experiência nenhuma, normal todos um vai adquirir, mais cabia as colegas orientá-lo,ou seja se voce for particular será bem atendido pelos melhores, se for convênio fica com os iniciantes, graças a Deus encontrei a clinica odontológica ultra fácil, e lá encontrei os melhores dentista, uma equipe ótima.
Terrible I will never go back, I was attended by a not very experienced dr, but he was polite, the most experienced gave priority to private consultations, I could hear clearly when the receptionists spoke and 3 procedures and particle, the dentist soon said, yes, this one I attend, I had I have to leave there to go look for another office because I left worse than when I came in unfortunately the dentist who saw me had no experience at all, normal everyone will acquire one, but it was up to colleagues to guide you, that is, if you are a private person you will be well attended by the best , if it's an agreement, it's with the beginners, thank God I found the ultra easy dental clinic, and there I found the best dentist, a great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não atendem por onde se chegada e sim por quão "chegado" do pessoal da clínica a pessoa é. Não recomendo a ninguém, melhor sentir dor do que o desrespeito que ocorre dentro dessa clínica, sem contar as 3 horas que estou esperando ser atendido e até agora nada.
Terrible service, they don't serve where you arrive, but how "arrived" from the clinic staff the person is. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's better to feel pain than the disrespect that occurs inside this clinic, not to mention the 3 hours I've been waiting to be seen and so far nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, perderam minha ficha, cheguei as 19 horas, passaram diversas pessoas na minha frente não deram satisfação nenhuma, local sujo, recepcionista péssima, ou seja não vão nessa clínica e um lixo e te fazem esperar feito um bobo, passando pessoas na frente. Se pudesse dava zero pois realmente e um lixo essa clínica.
Não querem atender convênio, simples e só dizer que não atendem.
Agora não ficam dando preferência para os particulares não.
Se depender de mim deixo todos atento do lixo de atendimento que vocês oferecem e que ninguém passe pelo o que passei.
Bad place, they lost my file, I arrived at 7 pm, several people passed in front of me, they didn't give me any satisfaction, dirty place, terrible receptionist, that is, they don't go to this clinic and it's garbage and they make you wait like a fool, passing people in front . If I could I would give zero because this clinic really is rubbish.
They don't want to meet an agreement, simple and just say they don't.
Now they don't give preference to individuals.
If it's up to me, I'll keep everyone aware of the garbage service you offer and that no one goes through what I went through.

Fui super bem atendida por todos desde a recepção até a médica que por sinal é uma excelente profissional. Dra Gabriella, muito segura para prescrever a medicação. A Dra soube explicar muito bem todo meu quadro. Sair sem nenhuma dúvida e muito satisfeita com todo atendimento. Estou super feliz em ter passado com a profissional a mais de 15 dias ninguém fechava meu diagnóstico. A Dra fechou e sair sem dor alguma.
Wonderful clinic. Environment with all security measures against COVID and well organized and clean. I was super well attended by everyone from the reception to the doctor who by the way is an excellent professional. Dr Gabriella, very safe to prescribe the medication. The Dr was able to explain my whole picture very well. Leave without any doubts and very satisfied with all the service. I'm super happy to have spent more than 15 days with the professional, nobody closed my diagnosis. The Dr closed and left without any pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista que me atendeu é muito boazinha, não me lembro o nome dela porém ela estava com uma camisa amarela, na hora que eu fui embora uma outra de camisa preta que estava na recepção acho que tinha trocado o plantão ela era super simpática o doutor é maravilhoso realmente eu indico de olhos fechados, o único ponto negativo foi a demora no atendimento, pois minha senha era preferencial e mesmo assim fiquei horas esperando, e tinha um paciente com a máscara abaixada na sala de espera acho que alguém que trabalha aí poderia ter pedido para ele levantar. Teve uma senhora que estava toda de branco que é um amor de pessoa, em relação aos que me atenderam a nota é 10 agora em relação relação espera seria nota 4 ( cheguei as 16h40 e sai às 19h30) se tiver paciência de esperar eu super indico pois o doutor é ótimo o nome dele é Dr. Maurício S. Abe.
The receptionist who helped me is very nice, I don't remember her name but she was wearing a yellow shirt, when I left another one with a black shirt who was at the reception I think she had changed the shift she was super nice the doctor it's really wonderful I recommend it with my eyes closed, the only negative point was the delay in service, because my password was preferential and even then I was waiting hours, and there was a patient with the mask lowered in the waiting room I think someone who works there could have asked him to get up. There was a lady who was all in white who is a sweetheart, in relation to those who attended me the grade is 10 now in relation to waiting it would be grade 4 (I arrived at 4:40 pm and left at 7:30 pm) if you have the patience to wait I highly recommend because the doctor is great his name is Dr. Maurício S. Abe.
