★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet horrível... lenta... pagamos a fatura em dia e não temos o devido retorno... nem o telefone atende.. não responde as mensagens.. Muita insatisfação com essa empresa. Não indico a ninguém. Todos os dias fico sem Internet as 22:00 e quando volta sempre depois das 10 da manhã... mesmo assim sinal horrível.
Horrible internet... slow... we pay the bill on time and we don't get the proper response... not even the phone answers.. doesn't respond to messages.. Very dissatisfied with this company. I don't recommend it to anyone. Every day I have no Internet at 22:00 and when it comes back it's always after 10:00 am... still horrible signal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro ano ,foi excelente, sem nenhum tipp de problemas, posteriormente a isto começou as falhas, agora ja tem mais tempo de vínculo, ta horrível, e problema mais não atende o telefone, e também não responde as mensagens pelo canal que tem em atendimento ao cliente
Dei 2 estrelas pelo primeiro amo que tive com uma internet de qualidade, mas se não fosse isto,não mereceriam nem uma !
Muito insatisfeito, pago pontualmente e não tenho o retorno!

I gave 2 stars for the first love I had with a quality internet, but if it wasn't for that, they wouldn't even deserve one!
Very dissatisfied, I paid punctually and I don't have a return!
