expensive stuff by the way VERY EXPENSIVE, and very poor service done. I bought rigged pieces and bent scraps came, simply, NEVER AGAIN.
By the way, no invoice on delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa amadora. Comprei umas vigas de madeira e um verniz. Me venderam um verniz colorido q estragou a cor natural da madeira. Quando voltei pra reclamar havia um velho na loja super mal educado que não sabe atender cliente e ficava debochando. Sem contar q foram super mal caráter mentindo pra se justificar. Eu reclamei do verniz, disse q queria um incolor q preservasse ao máximo a cor original da madeira e tanto esse velho quanto a menina q estava lá insistiram em dizer que não existia tal verniz. Só pra não assumir o erro. O velho ainda debochava falando que se existisse verniz assim não prestaria pra nada. Ridículo atendimento. Me arrependi de ter comprado lá. Fui na Leroy e fui super bem atendida, me mostraram a variedade enorme de vernizes, com amostras de como ficaria o resultado final, comprei um verniz pra área externa molhada q é incolor semi brilho. Esse é o típico lugar onde o barato sai caro. O pior era o deboche do dono da empresa, ou ele é um ignorante q não conhece o material que trabalha ou é um mal caráter q mente pros clientes achando q eles são todos leigos. Não recomendo.
Amateur company. I bought some wooden beams and a veneer. They sold me a colored varnish that spoiled the natural color of the wood. When I came back to complain, there was an old man in the super-rude store who did not know how to take care of his customer and kept mocking. Not to mention they were super bad character lying to justify themselves. I complained about the varnish, I said I wanted a colorless to preserve the original color of the wood to the maximum and both the old man and the girl who was there insisted on saying that there was no such varnish. Just so you do not make the mistake. The old man still mocked that if there was such a varnish it would not do any good. Ridiculous care. I regretted buying it there. I was at Leroy and I was super well attended, they showed me the huge variety of varnishes, with samples of how the final result would look, I bought a varnish for the wet outside area that is colorless semi gloss. This is the typical place where cheap is expensive. The worst thing was the debauchery of the owner of the company, or he is an ignorant who does not know the material that works or is a bad character that lies to the clients thinking that they are all laymen. Would not recommend.
