★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, preços acima da média funcionário caue ou Carlos me atendeu super mal, pedi desconto demoraram para responder e o desconto ofertado é uma mesquinharia e ainda te olham de cara feia (mulher do caixa) o gerente um japonês é arrogante e não estão dispostos a negociarem, me senti na 25 de março.
Horrible, prices above the average employee caue or Carlos took care of me super badly, I asked for discount they took too long to answer and the offered discount is a stinginess and they still look at you with a frown (cashier's wife) the manager a Japanese is arrogant and not willing to negotiate, I felt on March 25th.

Great service. I bought my Xbox one. In that store I lost my .E-mail after almost a year I took there again and they made another email. And they treated me very well. I recommend this store.

Pois quando um produto apresenta defeito, simplesmente mandam procurar a assistência. Acabei comprando outro aparelho pelo mercado livre mesmo, muito mais prático, confiável e barato! Infelizmente não dá para ajudar um comércio local que não se importa com o pós vendas.
