O atendimento foi todo pelo whatsapp. Me deram muita atenção, tiraram todas as minhas dúvidas, enviaram fotos. Decidi comprar, paguei a vista, recebi NF e confirmação do pedido na mesma hora e o pedido foi entregue EXATAMENTE no dia combinado. A montagem no local também foi ótimo. Atendimento e montagem com muito respeito e capricho. Com certeza vou comprar novamente nessa loja.

Os móveis são lindos e de muita qualidade.

I was very well attended by whats app, Aline answering me quickly and taking all my doubts. I made the purchase on Tuesday, they delivered the crib and dresser to me on Wednesday (next day), without charging delivery and assembly fee. Assembly was super quick and neat.
The furniture is beautiful and of high quality.
I recommend the store to all moms! Buy without fear, it's worth it! I am very satisfied.

Fui atendida pelo Rodrigo que me deu todas as informações necessárias. Efetuei a compra e o mesmo postou exatamente no dia combinado. A transportadora entregou rapidamente (Eureka transportes) e contratei o serviço de montagem por fora, por ser de outra cidade e estado. Estou satisfeita com o atendimento antes e depois da compra efetuada. Apenas uma sugestão para melhoria no site: disponibilizar as etapas/status do pedido dentro do site, para o comprador poder acompanhar o status da entrega e se sentir ainda mais seguro.

I made the purchase and it posted exactly on the agreed day. The carrier delivered quickly (Eureka Transportes) and I hired the assembly service on the outside, as it was from another city and state. I am satisfied with the service before and after the purchase made. Just a suggestion for improving the website: make the steps/status of the order available on the website, so the buyer can follow the delivery status and feel even more secure.
